As a pre-condition of signing a property management contract, Oz Properties verbally agreed to our request that they waive the new tenant signing bonus of $250. There were no conditions associated with this waiver.
Upon receiving our first invoice on March 13, 2018 we were surprised to find that indeed they had charged us a new tenant signing bonus of $250 + tax.
We complained to them about this, but to no avail.
Please forward us the $262.50 bonus fee.
did sign and agreed to the terms of the agreement. As per page 2 - The Owner #6 - states that the owner agrees to pay $250.00 + applicable taxes for signing of a new tenant. Which equals $262.50.
Signing was on January 5th/ 2018 by Mr.
Tenant moved in February 23 / 2018
It may be of interest that *** released Oz Property services of management March 15th / 2018 effective April 15th / 2018.

Oz had verbally agreed to waive to $250.00 initial new tenant signing, this was a condition of signing the property management contract. Oz simply doesn't address the complaint.*** and has a result of their actions we terminated their contract.
