Company has misleading, false information and incorrect shipping dates. When I purchased the items on May 12th, 2020 it originally said in stock to purchase with a shipping date of June 11th to June 18th. During those days, I did receive the refills for the automatic hand sanitizer dispenser. But after having UPS tracking numbers voided and only have gotten the refills, I started contacting the company to know the status on the dispenser. Originally when I called, a very unpleasant not so polite lady, would listen to my concern and just say that she would transfer me. I left several messages and no one called me back. My emails were responded in a timely manner and several times I was promised and guaranteed my dispenser would be shipped by June 19th. After June 19th we continued emailing and that’s when they said the items were out of stock and it was going to take approximately another 4 to 6 weeks. Now, when you go to their website, still today July 1st, 2020 at 9:43am you would find the item available in stock and with a shipping date between June 19th and June 26th. On June 30th I contacted Mr. Turner again due to him not complying with what we originally agreed on the phone that he would contact me before June 26th to tell me when I would receive the item and that he would contact his website team to remove the misleading and false information. Yesterday, he called me and after missing his call, he emailed me telling me again saying the same story as before. The item is out of stock, and will not be available probably for 4 to 6 weeks more, that he could switch it for the touch hand version and refund me the difference between the two. Same story...yet, the website keeps saying available and the shipping dates are still there. Please be aware of this company, Mr. Turner or Mr. Jake will guarantee you false information, the tracking number is generated when you place the order but will be voided after by UPS due to the length of time. I have requested by email today a full refund and for them to Schedule a pick up for the refills I have here at home, let’s see what their response is now.
On August 19, 2019 we paid Terraboost $950 to advertise in shopping carts at our local Bed, Bath, and Beyond for six months. As of today, problems have plagued their equipment and this advertising never took place. We patiently waited month after month after being assured by Blake *** that they were working on the problem. However my license to operate expires in four and a half months, so even if they corrected their problems overnight they will not be able to fulfill the contract we signed back in August. I have several emails of apology from them with assurances they were trying to have the problem corrected. I also have the contract I can forward.
