I ordered a sample bottle of their full spectrum hemp oil and agreed to pay the shipping. Approximately one week later they tried to bill my credit card for $90+. I did not agree to any of their monthly or bi-monthly programs. Fortunately I used my Capital One card for the shipping charges and they notified me that Terra Pure Botanicals was trying to charge my account the $90+. I told them to stop the charge since I had not agreed to any programs. I understand I was fortunate that this company was stopped before I incurred anymore charges from them.

Ordered free sample with $6.95 shipping fee(bank called to verify there was a charge of $6.95 made) tried to cancel order within 12 hours and notified I was billed an additional 5.95 and $24.95 that I had not agreed to(according to supervisor I did) she said order was already sent out...no returns or refunds!
Why did the bank not ask me about a 5.95 and $24.95 charge????

Mrs.,First allow me to apologize for the poor experience you had with us. It is our goal for all of our customers to leave with a good customer service experience even if they do not like our products. Clearly we fell short here.As for your complaint, typically we do not refund, the $6.95 nor the $5.95 as these are simply S&H charges and go to cover the cost of getting the product to you, the sample bottles themselves are provided to you for free to you to try. Had you continued with a subscription you would have been shipped a separate full size 30ml bottle. In this case the only product you purchased was the Roll-On which you bought at a discounted price, and while this would be eligible for a full refund, you would need to return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Normally products ship from the warehouse on the following business day so I can only assume this is why the agent told you this when you called in. Unfortunately in this case there were 2 mitigating sets of circumstances that delayed this, as our warehouse had to suspend normal operations from March 13th through March 20th (an email was sent out alerting everyone with a pending order of this) due to both developing Covid-19 restrictions and then to deal with some damage to product and the warehouse because of the earthquake on March 18th.

Regardless, as I mentioned it is our goal for all customers to receive the highest quality of customer service, so to that end I have gone ahead and refunded you all 3 charges for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. You will be receiving an email confirming the refund and you should see it hit your financial institution within 5 business days.

I was interested in the free 14 day trial, never did they say they would go ahead and make the monthly membership without approval. While going through to get the 14 day trail, they also blindsided me with 2 other purchases all do to the fine print. This company is a scam and only out to get your money. Luckily my bank stopped this transaction and in doing so stopped my card. This company tried to take 2 different transactions this morning from my account. The first one was $96.77 and the second one was for $89.95 all within a minute. I called and the customer service representative was extremely rude told me I did sign up for this all with the 14 day trail. then proceeded to ask me what exactly I wanted her to do.

1. I was only interested in the first item but was charged for 2 additional items I did not order.
2. I was charged $3.00 additional shipping because, according to customer service I lived outside their normal shipping area.
3. I was automatically enrolled into a recurring subscription, size and price unknown, simply by signing up for the "free" item.
4. I called and voided all items. We'll see if I get a refund...

I ordered a sample product that was advertised for $6.99,the minute I received the product I was not satisfied and contacted them right away to cancel the prescription,I was assured that I would not be charged for any future orders,two months later I was charged $96.00 to my credit card for a product I did not order,when I contacted them they tried to justify the charge,when I requested an email to document the conversation,I was told the although she was a supervisor,she was not part of the email department,I am in the process of trying to get a refund,how ever it is highly unlikely this will happen,this company is a complete unethical and criminal organization,I warn any one not to even think of getting involved with them unless they want to be robbed.
When I asked them to email me their suppose disclosure,they did not comply even though they promised countless time that they would do so.

Mr *** first reached out to us in an email on Feb 12th to inform us that he felt we had improperly charged him and that he wanted a full refund. The company responded within 10 min asking if he could please clarify what he was referring to as he has been cancelled out in our system since December as requested by him. Mr *** responded to our request a few hours later stating that that he had cancelled his monthly subscription in December and that he would be returning the product exactly as he had received it. He also made mention of having issues with one of our customer service representatives. We investigated this and we unable to find the conversation he said he had with our CS team, however we did send him out a follow up email stating that we apologized for any inconvenience that this may have caused him but that if he would please return the product as he stated he was already going to, we would issue him a full refund even though it was outside of our 30 day refund window. As soon as we receive the product back to our warehouse we will issue him a full credit back as we stated in the email.

I ordered a sample product of the Terra Pure Hemp Oil for $6.97 from Terra Pure Botanical. No where was there any written information about agreeing to purchasing additional products that I could see. I received a full size bottle of the oil and my credit card was billed $96.77 about a month later. I am currently working with my credit card company to resolve this issue and am attempting to contact Bare Botanical Science which I think is the parent company of Terra Pure with no luck. I would like to receive a full refund of the $96.77, be removed from this company's subscription program, and not receive additional merchandise or further charges.

I started my orders with terra pure botanicals last year. My orders were coming regularly and I was falling behind on taking it. My use has caught up with my product signaling that I had not been receiving orders. When I was charged on Oct. 31st I noted it. As of today, Nov 12th I have not received any orders. I called and asked for the refund of the Oct. 31st charge. I was told that their records showed it was delivered on Oct. 14th or 15th. I asked why I would be charged 2 weeks after delivery and they said sometimes they do that and would not refund the charge of $96.

I was on received a advertisement explains about these hemp oils that help with anxiety and sleep problems. This was a trial of the products all I had to do is pay for the shipping and handling. Well I thought this was a joke but I was researching this a little further and had decided to give it a try so I filled out the information. Also I had did this before but with a different company. I did receive the trial products that I have not yet opened. So some time had passed about two or three weeks I thought that was it, but on October 13 to be exact the Walmart card that I have set up through green dot sent me notice of two pending charges for 89.95 and 96.77 so I contacted Walmart they gave me the number to the company that charged my card.I then contacted the company and asked what this was and they said it was for the product I ordered I explained to Bare botanical science I did not know what this was. Terrapurehemp / Bare botanical explain t me that I had a subscription for their product I was still not aware of what the subscription was for. Terrapurehemp / Bare botanical explained to me that I order the trial for their product then it dawned on me what this was. Then I explained to Terrapurehemp / Bare botanical that their site only said that I had to pay for the shipping and handling not no additional product of theirs. The agent the explained to me that I was suppose to call when 14 day was up and cancel. I then explained to her that it does not say that on the site that I was on no where on that site, I even went to the site while on the phone withe her. I then explained that if Terrapurehemp / Bare botanical did not want to return my money that I would dispute it through my card company. Well I did this twice and even filed a police report like per Walmart / Green dot and all the say is the claim was denied twice with out any research so my next step is the Revdex.com claim I am filing now as well as the media to expose this Terrapurehemp / Bare botanicaland as well a Walmart / Green dot

This item was purchased on Oct. 7 online, we finally received the product on Oct. 21. Apparently there is a 14 day trial period to review and cancel. It took 14 days to receive the product and they billed us before we could even try the product. We initially paid fees of 24.95, 5.95 and 6.95 for product and shipping and handling. We were immediately charged a fee of 96.77 from our account. We called to question it and were told we were too late to cancel it and would not be reimbursed for the 96.77. We asked if we were getting more product then for the 96.00 and she said no. We spoke with Samantha. So basically they scored us over.

I ordered a sample CBD oil and just had to pay shipping. Once I placed my order I immediately cancelled. I got an email stating my order was cancelled but was billed anyway. I got the sample in the mail and then two weeks later was charged for a full size bottle which came in the mail today. I have called the company twice and they claim they did not bill me for that and did not send it. I searched this company online and apparently this is their normal practice since I have seen several other of the same complaints about this company from other people.

I was interested in sample.Did not see anything that would allow them to screw me out of almost 100dollars in just under 20 days.!!!! Shame on them..please do not do this they are crooks.

I ordered 2 items from terapure and they added a 25$ item that I did not order and did not receive. I want my money back.

The TerraPure Botanicals, charged me for two shipment of CBD oil, they charged me $96.77, October 19, 1918. I never received the item. Then on January 26, 2019, they charged me again for $96.77. I received the item and called the company. I didn't know why I am receiving the item. They told me I ordered it and they would only send me half the amount. I told them about the charge in October and was told that they sent me the item. I never received it. They told me they would not refund any of the charges to my credit card. I was in and out of the hospital and never saw the charges on my credit card the first time.

Terra Pure Botanicals is just a company that will say whatever it takes to get your credit card information and then will send you a tiny 1 ounce bottle that will last 2 weeks. They promised me an 8 ounce bottle rated at 1000 potency, but sent a one ounce bottle that was rated at 100 potency. I asked the lady several times you do realize 8 ounces is about the size of my entire hand whereas 1 ounce is about the size of my thumb? Oh yes of course we are here to make you happy was her reply each time. I never received an invoice, nor a receipt, nor a tracking number. When I called them they claimed it was on the way and to call back the next day. The website says under construction. This company exists simply to rip you off. If you don't know better than to cancel after 10 days, they send you another bottle at $96, which shows up on credit card automatically.

Do not do business with these crooks.

I received a package with three (3) bottles of their product: Therasom PM, Terra Pure Hemp CBD Oil, Terra Pure Botanicals Deep Muscle Blend.
Also in the package was a postcard with "Directions for use". There was no order information, no phone number, no cost or billing information.

I did not remember orderingr such a product and want to know how to return it with no cost to me as well as, refund of the original 186.72 on February 7, 2019 for the initial product delivery. I have sent them an email stating the above and asking for a return with no financial responsibility on my part.

This type of product shipping because you looked at someones online advertizing informatin should not happen.

I ordered a product from terra pure which was actually a free sample , the next thing I know they took money from my account for anothet whole product which they said they shipped . I did receive the free sample which I now presume was the bait , having paid the shipping was how they charged my card , I never received my paid for product but I did cancel my socalled order , So now im in the same boat as the other consumers on here holding an empty sack .

I am 84 yrs old. I ordered a sample of two of this company's products, one for $5.95 and another for 9.95,which were billed to my credit card on 09/10/18. I have not opened the samples to try. There was no paperwork included in the shipping package. On 10/15 the company, Terrapure Botanicals billed my credit card for $96.77 and $89.95 without my authorization and without sending me any product. I have no phone number or email address to contact this company. I have contacted my credit card company to block further charges and am disputing the charges already posted to my account.

I tried the free sample for 2 of their oils and payed S&H. They said to avoid a subscription to the products, all I had to do was call their number and notify them. I have tried to contact them multiple times to make sure I don’t get billed for more product or have a subscription that I do not want. The phone number that is listed on my email from them and the packaging is disconnected. I have tried the number numerous times on different days and it is still disconnected. I have also tried to email them with my request that I am not interested, but the email is unsuccessful in sending. I have checked many websites trying to find an alternate number or email address to contact them. I am an able to find anything different. I need to contact them because I do not want a subscription or money taken from my account for oils that I do not want.

They send you a free sample of cvs oil plus 9.98 shipping and then bill my credit card 99.00. I called them and they said I didn't read the terms. There wasn't anything about the signing up part. They said they would cancel my subscription (which I didn't know about) and refund 60.00 on my card. This company is a scam that tricks people out of money and should be shut down.

The company has charged my credit card $96.77......for what? I have not ordered or received anything from them. I had no account with them. I have emailed the company about this fraud & called (888) 891-3185 and talked to some person in the company. I was told that I have no account with them so they don't know about the $96.77 charge. She told me to email "[email protected]" with details. THIS EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST. I emailed & got a return message from Customer Support to call them.....1844-860-0420 or (888) 637-3590. I called & got no where with them (they just put me on hold & hang up). I want my money returned & NOT MORE charges to my credit card.
