I purchased a Stacking Kit for a washer and dryer. When the washer and dryer was delivered and installed, the dryer did not work and the entire unit shook when in use. I called the store the next day to have a new dryer sent out. I was told that it would take 7 days to get a new dryer. I explained not having a working dryer was not acceptable. I was offered to purchase a different washer and dryer set that was in stock for quicker delivery, which I did. The new washer and dryer did not need a Stacking Kit, since it fit in my space. The delivery persons removed the non working washer and dryer, along with the stacking kit I purchased. I requested a refund for the stacking kit. I was told by the sales person they would need to get a manager to approve and they would call me back. I have called the store back several times in a 1 month span and still no one has called me back. I have left voice messages for the manager and still I have not been called back. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge, however I do not think it is fair that I have to complete a several page form saying what happened, why, who did I speak to about the issue as well as many other questions. I don't think it is fair that they are dodging my calls and will not contact me over a $32.40 refund. It appears as no one that I've spoken to about my refund is taking responsibility to correct this error. On another note about this company, when I purchased the replacement washer and dryer, the invoice that I received is a lesser balance than the original one I purchased and I am not seeing any correction to my In Store Credit Card Loan.
