When the vehicle was picked up [redacted] told me it was road ready and was under warranty for 3 months or 3,000 miles. He also gave me a paper that had the warranty boxed checked. I have been all over the mobile and full size version of the website description of that car and do not find the text *** submittedI see no reason we should have expected the deposit to be non-refundableAs a side note, according to two other dealers, there should have been written confirmation that the cash deposit was non-refundable

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.While I applaud *** for finding ONE page that has in super fine print, the phrase "All Deposits Non-Refundable," this does NOT represent ALL of their advertising, which was the claim made to me and my sonIf you review the screenshots previously submitted, it is clear that this phrase does not exist in those screenshotsI am going to attach those again, as well ad as it exists on their own website, which also does not indicate that all deposits are non-refundable.At this point, this is at best dubious, and at worst, intentionally deceitfulThe notification of non-refundable deposits is found in fine print of one of numerous adsThere was no mention made at the time the deposit was given and no papers signed to indicate the deposit was not refundable.Please see attachments once again

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. I have not been able to smog my vehicle yet in CA due to the amount of repairs that it needs so far including the DPF repairs I am $2697 I have had to make 4 Large repairs in the last 2 months. which classifies this vehicle as a lemon when I purchased this vehicle the first thing I asked was if  it would pass CA smog emission and I was told yes till this day the check engine light is on which is a automatic fail for CA smog  all the repairs have been made by a dodge dealer and I have all invoices to prove it. In my selling contract I was also told that this vehicle was sold with manufacture warranty. But it had expired a month before I even purchased the vehicle Texas auto even confirmed it and told me it had warranty and to just take it to the dealer when I told them the truck had a Major oil leak. This vehicle was falsely advertised when sold to me. It has been a nightmare and has set me back thousands of dollars not including missed time from work. when you buy a $31k vehicle this is not what you expect! Also that partial DPF that was sent to me was in terrible condition and incomplete as a large dealer with internet access you could have gone online and saw what a DPF system looks like! why should I have to pay for your errors. I have a stack of paperwork and invoices to prove all my facts including screen shots of the listing when I purchased the vehicle and all the emails between me and Texas auto.

We then sent you the DPF. We will still refund $750 if you return the DPF we sent you. However, thats the all we can offer. Thanks Michael
