We have run into weather issues which has delayed and delayedWe can't do the concrete if it is too wetIt is about halfway builtWe can terminate the contract if she wants toWe would have to deduct labor that has been completed and the cost of the materials that are on siteSome of the
difficulties that are due to the weather is the concrete supplier which is a ready mix company and the finisher must be available at the same timeDue to the weather both are backed up and its difficult to get them available at the same timeMy concrete supplier is in *** and just this last weekend had lots of rainWe can't control the supply issues which depends on schedules and weather
