I have reviewed Ms. [redacted]'s complaint and, as well, had a telephone conversation with her.  I

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I would like for Revdex.com to mediate and review the document provide by TG to determine if the actions and fees added by TG are lawful. Also TG did not state what info send to back their actions for the fees applied to my loan. Also was it traditional mail or email. I will sign or give whateva authority  to Revdex.com for to be able to recieve the documents TG has on file. Attached is picture of one of my bills showing the charge, principal + interest + cost (the fee charged in question) = total.

I attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] via telephone on multiple occasions since receiving this complaint in hopes of discussing her matter, leaving messages with my contact information each time.  She failed to follow up with me, so I followed up with a letter today addressing her...

concerns.  It is being sent to the address she included with her complaint to the Revdex.com.My review of Ms. [redacted] account finds this debt to be valid.  Collection history indicates that she has had contact with TG on many occasions through the years and is familiar with the debt.Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with an actual copy of the letter and additional documentation that I am providing to Ms. [redacted] without her written authorization to do so.  If she provides this authorization to Revdex.com in the future, I will certainly provide it for your review.I provided Ms. [redacted] with my contact information in the letter, as well as the opportunity to contact TG in regard to satisfying her default and/or avoiding the possibility of wage garnishment and treasury offset (force collection). She can feel free to contact me directly to discuss this matter further, or she can contact TG Collections to discuss repayment, consolidation, or loan rehabilitation.[redacted], Ombudsman Services, TG

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. You have my authorization to release information regarding my case to the Obudsman Group. Additionally, I have received no correspondence from Texas Guarantee regarding this issue. In the response from Texas Guarantee, it was stated that they responded to this complaint on 02/03/2015. I have not received a response from them yet.

February 12, 2015MS [redacted]THE Revdex.com[redacted]AUSTIN, TX [redacted]Re: Case # [redacted]: [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for your follow up inquiry received at Texas Guaranteed (TO) on 2/12/15.As previously reported, TG sent a 3-page response to Mr. [redacted]'s original complaint on1/20/15 to Ms. [redacted]. It appears that I mistyped her hometown name, so a duplicate copy of the original letter was sent to her today, 2/12/14The letter explains why she remains fully obligated for the repayment of the joint spousal consolidation loan despite any mandates of a divorce decree. The federal student loan regulations supersede civil court determinations. A full copy of the original response will be provided to your office when TG receives a privacy release from Ms. [redacted].If you and/or Ms. [redacted] have questions, please feel free to contact me at 1 (800) [redacted] extension [redacted].Sincerely, [redacted] Office of the President    February 12, 2015MS [redacted]MAUMEE, OH [redacted]Re: [redacted], [redacted]. and [redacted], [redacted]. Apparently, I mistyped your hometown, but the Post Office has not returned the letter as of this date.I sincerely apologize for the delay this has caused you.The enclosed letter is the original response and, unfortunately, the federal regulations have not changed since the date of the original response. May 19, 2015 MS [redacted] DISPUTE RESOLUTION SPECIALIST THE Revdex.com [redacted] AUSTIN, TX [redacted] Re Case # [redacted]: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your inquiry received at Texas Guaranteed (TG) on 5/18/15. Regarding your customer, I reviewed his...

circumstances and sent her a response to her issues 01 5/18/15. She will probably not be pleased with the facts about her circumstances so I have encouraged her to escalate her concerns to the U.S. Department of Education. Unless the Revdex.com provides a privacy release from Ms. [redacted], I will no longer provide your agency with an actual copy of the outgoing response. I you have questions or if I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me at 1 800 [redacted] extension [redacted].   [redacted], Ombudsman/Assistant Vice-President Office of the President

I'm sorry that Mr. [redacted] prior experience with TG was not to his satisfaction.  I have reviewed his complaint, as well as history related to his account and followed up with a telephone call to him today.  After discussing his situation, we came to the mutual agreement that I will...

continue to monitor his account for payment posting, as will he.  We will reconnect in the near future to discuss further whether any adjustments will be made to his account.  I made clear to Mr. [redacted] that should he have any further questions regarding his account, he can feel free to contact me at ([redacted]-[redacted].[redacted] Ombudsman, TG

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Their letter dated 5/12/2015 was received on 5/16/15.  The first paragraph, last sentence states "You want the calls from TG to stop." and the second paragraph ..."if you re receiving misdirected calls"... and the fourth paragraph states "...customers are identified by name, social security number, and date of birth.  All 3 identifiers must match...". but paragraph 6 states "However, disclosing only the last 4-digits of your social security number OR your date of birth will allow TG to determine whether or not you are the intended FFEL customer." and lastly paragraph 9 states "...unless you prove that you are not the intended customer, it is possible that misdirected contacts may continue."Let's just stay with the first paragraph that I want the calls from TG to stop.  The calls have been misdirected and they have the wrong [redacted].  I have never had a student loan and I do not want any further contact from their company or any company in their employ.

Good morning. I received the letter response from Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Company and of course they lied about the offset being done in November because I had an active case manager who would have advised of the information. The IRS advised me of my refund account being randomly selected for the offset and when I called Texas Guaranteed on the day the refund was scheduled to go to my account, the representative I spoke with looked at the information as my account showed current and not in default as I had payments. The rehabilitation program is honestly a scam as all they want is your money and to make you think that they are looking out for you when the fact that I made payments up to the 9th one did and since their system failed, it didn't take my payment. I owe them nothing as I have consolidated all my loans with a $0 payment. The complaints about this company are legit as I never took out a loan with them.   [redacted]

Thank you for your inquiry received May 18, 2016, in regard to TG borrower [redacted].  Please be advised that a response was provided to Mr. [redacted] via email today, May 24th.  In addition, I contacted Mr. [redacted] via telephone and we had a good, and hopefully helpful,...

conversation regarding how TG came to be the holder of his loans and our role in administering the Federal Family Education Loan Program on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education.  We also discussed possible solutions to correcting the current status of his loans. Due to the sensitive nature of federal student loan issues, TG is not permitted to provide the Revdex.com with an actual copy of the response unless Mr. [redacted] provides me with a privacy release authorizing permission to release the response to you at the Revdex.com.If I can be of further assistance, I may be reached at [redacted]
