Is response to complaint I will change out fence for HomeownerFor the record we did not install treated fence we installed a Douglase fur cedar board that was stains cedar because of shortage with cedar pickets nation wide and homeowner was notified before installing which she agreed on and after install she sent a Text to owner saying she loved her fence and was happyWe did not install anything that was not discussed before we installed itTQF will go on Monday 8/to replace fence at no charge know that the rain is gone

We have heard Mr [redacted] concern and has been on schedule for repairWe have received his email and told him we would be out there to make repairs

The worst company I've ever met , never finished their work and the fence was badly made I send many texts to this guy Mike and never gave me a solution of my problem and never returned to fix it

Called Mr. [redacted] no call back I will try again today.. We have been out there removed welded panels and installed new panels and set post applied extra screws on brackets that are holding panels to post.. And readjusted gate as well.. Texas Quality Fence [redacted]

On April 28, I had my back fence replaced by Tx Quality FenceA part of one of the previous post was left in the ground I let my contact with the company know right awayI also requested that I be left a receiptI have communicated off and on since that date trying to get this stump removedI've been told times that it would be taken care of but as to this date September it still has not been removedI paid for this job in full and the job is not finishedI am only able to reach this one person at the two phone numbers I haveI'm guessing he is the owner so I have no one above him that I can go toHe has not given a good faith effort to resolve this for me, the customerHe just keeps lying to meSays he will take care of it and then flat does not! I contracted with Texas Quality Fence to install a 75' fence with a walk gate The fence was to be cedar picketsMy neighbor did the same contract for his fence We both discovered after the fence that the pickets were not cedar, but pressure treated wood I have been in contract with the owner for about weeks now off and on He gives one excuse after another about the fence I told him I wanted the pickets replaced with what I paid for, cedar Always an excuse I understand that this can be considered deceptive marketing practices Also, I am a senior citizen and I think it can also be considered taking advantage of seniors

We really love the quality and look of our new fence

We had a fence put in less than months ago, its loose, the gate is hanging off..we try and get in contact with the company and they give nothing but the run aroundSay they will be here, don't show up, say they will come don't show upSay they will come today by its already 3pmI feel they are putting us off so they do not have to honor warrantyThe only time I ever received a quick response or follow up call is when I owed them moneyNow since they were paid they do not care

We have contacted Texas Quality Fence on multiple occasions about doing some repairs to the privacy fence they installed They also have not installed the drop rods on the double doors to the fence So essentially they have not completed the job on the fence The fence was put in two and half weeks ago Anytime we contact them about coming out to do the repairs they either have an excuse or say they are but never do I've also been asking for a receipt for the other half of the payment that was made and still haven't gotten that On their website they advertise a one year warranty on the fencing they install

TX Quality Fence did an excellent job at our new home The company provided a prompt estimate for our metal ornamental fence and came in at a very responsible price They arrived as scheduled, provided quality work, cleaned up after installation and followed up over the phone to ensure we were happy If you're looking for a local company that delivers on a quality product at a reasonable price-- TX Quality Fence should DEFINITELY be a company you call on --- The *** Family

Mike and his crew did an absolute great job! They went above and beyond what was askedI highly recommend this company

Had my fence replaced by Texas Quality Fence (TQF) Mike *** provided me a very competitive price and his crew was very fast and organized to complete the project in one day I must admit it looked a lot better than the year old fence However, there were some installation issues and unresolved post-installation issues First, they completely broke the electrical wiring for my landscape lights; installed one post close to the house and then discovered that they could only saw halfway through it, so I am left with one tall post that is cut midway through They also decided to install on gate smaller than the one they removed, and in doing, broke the main water line for my sprinkler system, forcing me to shut off the water to the house Since it was getting dark they wanted to wait until the next day to repair the water line, but that would mean that my family would be without water, until and if they returned So I ended up bring out portable lights so that I could complete the repair the same evening; they went home They also installed the gate several inches above the ground and at an angle; we have had to put bricks at the bottom of the gate to keep animals out Finally, while staining the fence, I begin to notice that many of the pickets were not secure Mike told me that they would use something called ring shank screws, but it ended up being nails If it don’t go in a circle, then it ain’t a screw; if you use a compressor and nail gun, then it is a nail, IMO…only time will tell if the nails hold Apparently, TQF only uses five nails per picket But I discovered that many of the nails are on the very edge of the picket or missed the picket entirely, or missed the support rail entirely Then in one section there are no nails in the center of the pickets I have contacted Mike several time and sent him pictures of the deficiencies; we have scheduled appointments, but then his crew does not show up, wasting my time The bottom line is that if you want a reasonable priced fence, installed fast, and are willing to finish the work yourself, because TQF does not stand behind their work; then TQF, or should I say TF, is the company for you I am more than happy to provide pictures of their work
