We went back to take care of post come to find out it was not a post just a piece of 2xwe try to pick up all trash when we install a fence but as any trade there is always something that stays behindWe will continue to strive for excellence thank you for your time

Horrible company that took our money, completed half of the project, then disappeared for over a yearWon't get back to us and won't finish the projectWe are taking legal action against themAvoid them at all cost

Weather was a major Factor in use not getting out there in a timely manor reason for having to rescheduleHad to put the safety of my employees first we have already sent crew back out to house and addressed all issues with Customer Tell us why here

Is response to complaint I will change out fence for Homeowner.. For the record we did not install treated fence we installed a Douglase fur cedar board that was stains cedar because of shortage with cedar pickets nation wide and homeowner was notified before installing which she agreed on and after...

install she sent a Text to owner saying she loved her fence and was happy.. We did not install anything that was not discussed before we installed it.. TQF will go on Monday 8/29 to replace fence at no charge know that the rain is gone..

I am rejecting this response because:  Repairs have not been completed.  Two posts have been added, but new panels have not been installed.  All brackets are not supported by at least one screw.  (Crew last showed up on 9/3/15.)Still waiting invoice from Texas Quality Fence for $3,352.75 PIF payment on 6/1/15.Met with [redacted] on 8/15/15 and he assured me that everything would be taken care of.  Didn't hear from him until 10/6/15 voicemail message.  If complaint hadn't been filed with the Revdex.com, I doubt that I would ever hear from him again.

We have heard Mr. [redacted] concern and has been on schedule for repair.. We have received his 1 email and told him we would be out there to make repairs.

Called Mr. [redacted] no call back I will try again today.. We have been out there removed welded panels and installed new panels and set post applied extra screws on brackets that are holding panels to post.. And readjusted gate as well..   Texas Quality Fence [redacted]
