Texas Toyota of Grapevine

We have held up to our agreement on fixing the power steering for this vehicle. The customer test drove it before taking it back in April and all was good. Now that there are other issues with the vehicle, which weren't present as the time of purchase, we are not responsible since vehicle was purchased AS-IS. Unfortunately that is a part of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I have left a message for the customer to call me back, we will be offer to purchase the vehicle back for the amount it was sold which is $7,993.

The vehicle was repaired and delivered to the customer in working order. I spoke with the customer today to ensure everything was ok and to let her know if she had any other problems to contact  me directly.
