Honesty....too much time on the bus and not enough time anywhere elseThe email stated we would be back at but to allow till 6:for traffic and we didn't get off the bus till after 7pThe owner Richard stated in his emails that u would have minutes past the time u were to be back on the bus and our guide allowed people way more time....One couple was minutes late before the tour ever took offThen at every stop people would be mins late back on the bus.We were on time every time and still had to sit on the bus waiting for othersWe made dinner reservations for that night which should of been plenty of time to make but because we did not get off the bus until after we did not make our dinnerOne customer was there celebrating her 24th birthday and got so wasted we had to sit and wait while she threw up outside the bus, she was loud and annoying the whole tripOur tour guide should of cut her off! Also at Fat [redacted] Ranch as we were leaving the owner jumped on the bus and said he was giving out tour guide a bottle of wine to give to someone on the bus and well he never announced who got that free bottle of wine and he was drinking something the whole way back from the tour so looks like he kept it for himselfWe wasted so much time on the bus that we barely had anytime off the busTowards the end of our trip Richard the owner emailed me asking how the tour was and would love my feedback so I wrote him what I just wrote here and NEVER heard back from him! Guess he didn't want any repeat customers or referrals! Not sure how u are gonna keep a business going with this kind of service

I ordered a t-shirt off of the Texas Winos website on 7/6/ On 7/31/17, I had not received the shirt, so I emailed and called their toll-free numberThe message states they are extremely busy but leave a message or for a much faster response email I did both on 7/31/ I did not receive a return call or email On 8/4/17, I emailed ***@ [redacted] .com and again inquired about my purchase Again, no response to my emailI also called and left another messageI was going to just let it go, because it's only $but I am concerned who else this has happened to and in all honesty, that $is my moneyEither send the product or return the money

I repeatedly tried to contact Texas Winos for a refund and have been ignoredThey don't answer their phone or respond to e-mailI made the mistake of booking on their website instead of using my Living Social couponI was booked twice for the same tourI asked for the refund immediately after realizing my mistakeI'm still waitingI've tried leaving messages on their phone and sending repeated e-mails requesting the refund There's nothing on their website that says its non-refundable I'm asking for the refund of $ I went on the tour since I was booked twice

My brother and I booked a day cruise to Cozumel & days before we were to leave, we received an email stating they messed up & booked our cruise for December & they f He also said we would be getting a full refund plus a free cruise because of their mistake I still have the email It took forever to get some money back but never received Port charges back & I can’t get a response about our “free cruise”
I’ve emailed, called & wrote letters - no response I read another complaint from someone this happened to as well This was a birthday cruise for my brother & myself He works for the state & had to put his time off for the vacation cruise in early in order to get the time off so we have been very disappointed no one will respond

On 10/18/I purchased tickets to the Dallas Beer, Wine, food, and Music feast which was sold as the "Eat, Drink, and Be Merry" event to occur on 12/03/at *** *** Street, *** ** ***On 10/19/2017, my credit card was charged

She came up again a minute later to grab the next round of glasses (*** still wasn't doing his job) and he yelled, "can someone get a cage for her?" That's a disgusting thing to say to someone, and even more disturbing to someone who is non-white
