We purchased tours and weren’t able to use them due to issues on the websiteI have called multiple times to get my refundThey said they are way behind and will process it as soon as possibleIt has been four weeks and they have started ignoring my callsThis happened to two other people in my party as well who purchased multiple tour vouchers

Myself and friends booked a tour with the Texas WinosThe tour was supposed to begin at 11am in Dallas, then pick up a second group by 11:30am in Richardson, TX and arrive at the first winery around noonWe were all waiting on the bus for our tour guide, ***, until he finally stumbled on to the bus by 11:35am, seemingly inebriatedHe offered no explanation or apology as to why we were starting late (although it seemed obvious....) The bus finally starts moving and we asked for our complimentary wine glasses multiple times--*** acknowledged it and still didn't make it to our part of the busMy friend finally walked up to grab some glasses, *** nastily asked, "are you trying to do my job?" She came up again a minute later to grab the next round of glasses (*** still wasn't doing his job) and he yelled, "can someone get a cage for her?" That's a disgusting thing to say to someone, and even more disturbing to someone who is non-white
*** also somehow didn't get the mem

I ordered a t-shirt off of the Texas Winos website on 7/6/ On 7/31/17, I had not received the shirt, so I emailed and called their toll-free numberThe message states they are extremely busy but leave a message or for a much faster response email I did both on 7/31/ I did not receive a return call or email On 8/4/17, I emailed ***@***.com and again inquired about my purchase Again, no response to my emailI also called and left another messageI was going to just let it go, because it's only $but I am concerned who else this has happened to and in all honesty, that $is my moneyEither send the product or return the money

On January 26, 2016, I bought two winery tour certificates from Texas Winos off of their website that were on sale in the amount of $According to Texas Winos, the certificates never expire and can be used towards any tour I made a reservation for their October 1, tour leaving from a restaurant in Houston A few days prior to October 1, I checked their website and it indicated that the tour of 20+ people was sold out My husband and I drove from Corpus Christi to Houston to take the tour and arrived at the restaurant early, had breakfast and then waited for the tour bus However, it never showed up Friends of ours signed up for the tour as well and as it turned out we were the only four people waiting for the tour I spoke to staff inside the restaurant and was told there had been other instances when people showed up for a tour that never materialized I received no communication from Texas Winos that the tour had been canceled or rescheduled, and since their websi

I purchased a service (a shuttle and admission to a festival, Wurstfest) I have reached out to the seller twice (on 11/and 11/8), requesting a refund, due to experiencing an emergency and not being able to attend the festival The seller previously stated a buyer had until this Thursday (11/9) to cancel for the event on 11/ The seller has not responded and I fear is waiting until the deadline passes to respond

We had bridal party wine tour scheduled for Saturday, August 26th...due to bad weather from Hurricane Harvey we had cancelled our event days before on August 23rd The last time we heard from *** was on August 23rd wanting to know if more people were going to sign up and if we were going, at the time my sister the Matron of Honor was in contact with him and asked *** how to go about canceling event due to the upcoming storms That's when *** reply that we would have to send email within two days beforeTherefore on that same day we decided to go ahead & cancel with him, which was three days before event We've been emailing him and hoping all is
well with him with the aftermath of hurricane and yet not heard from him....we're starting to feel that it's just bad services we're getting now and he has no intention of giving us our refundIt was $per person, I purchased tickets myself I think we should be entitled to our refund, especially when we gave ple
