Thabo Companies LLC is a network security vendor and we advertise our services through various online platforms such as [redacted] , [redacted] e.t.cCustomers identify us online and call us regarding various issues that we are licensed to supportWe do not call customers and have no way of accessing their computersOn 1/23/Ms [redacted] called us and purchased a $ [redacted] install and supportOn that date the customer signed an agreement with us that included a cancellation policyAt a later time she decided that she no-longer needed our services and hence wanted a refundShe first contacted her financial institution and submitted a chargebackDue to the penalties we incur from chargebacks we asked the customer to reverse the chargeback so she can be properly refundedThe customer failed to do so and we provided supporting documents to validate the chargeAfter the charge was awarded in our favor this Revdex.com complaint came forwardWe have contacted the customer again to remove the complaint with Revdex.com as we are ready and willing to refund her and she has agreedThank you

I am rejecting this response because:
They refunded only 199.99, they still have 299.99 of my money and when I started this I still had a year and 7 months out of the 2 year contract that began in Jan 2017. That's when they told me in the month of May 2017 that I needed to buy more at the price of 199.99. I want the rest of my money. I gave them the chance in 07/17 to give me a  partial refund of the 299.99 but they refused. I would have gladly paid for the 5 months that I used but now that they put me through so much stress I want it ALL!!!!

licensed to support.  On January 18th we received your payment of $399.99 for a 1 years Network Security Software install and support agreement. On that date you signed an agreement with us that included a cancellation policy. You have decided you no-longer need our services and hence want a refund.  Your financial institution has submitted a chargeback on your behalf and we submitted documentation to support our agreement. Due to the penalties we incur from chargebacks we ask that you reverse the chargeback with your bank so we can properly refund you as per our agreement. Once the chargeback has been lifted please call us at [redacted] to process your refund or respond to this email.Attached is the signed agreement we provided you at the time of payment.If you have any questions, please call me at [redacted]
