I have been a customer of Thabo for a couple of years. Their technical staff is terrific.They cover my computers for everything. I have 2 policies with them for a lifetime. It is worth the cost, as they have fixed my problems numerous times. The best part is they are always there when I want them, no waiting on the phone for hours, quick response.

Thabo Companies LLC is a network security vendor and we advertise our services through various online platforms such as [redacted], [redacted] e.t.c. Customers identify us online and call us regarding various issues that we are licensed to support. We do not call customers and have no...

way of accessing their computers. On 1/23/2017 Ms. [redacted] called us and purchased a $199.99 [redacted] install and support. On that date the customer signed an agreement with us that included a cancellation policy. At a later time she decided that she no-longer needed our services and hence wanted a refund. She first contacted her financial institution and submitted a chargeback. Due to the penalties we incur from chargebacks we asked the customer to reverse the chargeback so she can be properly refunded. The customer failed to do so and we provided supporting documents to validate the charge. After the charge was awarded in our favor this Revdex.com complaint came forward. We have contacted the customer again to remove the complaint with Revdex.com as we are ready and willing to refund her and she has agreed. Thank you

On 11-25-2016 Ms. [redacted] contacted us regarding issues she was having with her computer. We assigned her a technician who assisted her in resolving the issues she was having with her machine. After the work was completed she electronically signed a work order (attached to this response). She...

was given instructions to remit payment for services rendered and provided and non working credit card. We only contacted her to pursue alternative payment method. As third party vendors for [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] Network Security software our name does not appear on the licensed software. We did not keep the customers credit card information and have immediately seized our efforts to recoup payment for the work that was already performed. We will not contact the customer again. Thanks

In this duration, you are free to call our technicians any number of times for technical issues with your computers and peripherals included in the plan. "MATERIALS" "Materials" means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the THABO COMPANIES Portal; said materials are the proprietary and copyrighted work of THABO COMPANIES and/or its suppliers. The definition of "Materials" does not include the design or layout of the www.thabocompanies.com web site or any other Thabo Companies owned, operated, licensed or controlled site. "SOFTWARE" "Software" means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by Thabo Companies or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. “SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS; SERVICE PLANS” You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the THABO COMPANIES Portal. Once THABO COMPANIES accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, you will receive an email from THABO COMPANIES at the email address that you provide or have provided to THABO COMPANIES as part of the Registration Process for the Services. THABO COMPANIES is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. For this to happen, you would be required to send a mail to [email protected] stating your name, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. We would revert to you within 7 working days. “Refund” You will receive refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges already billed to your account in proportion to the amount of time left in your subscription period. The time left in your account would be calculated to the nearest month left in your service period. For example if you have a 1 year subscription and you chose to cancel the subscription in the third month of service you would receive a refund for the nine months left in your service. A Minimum of $149.99 would be deducted from each PC subscription at the time of cancellation. There would be no refunds in case of incident based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. [redacted] and she was having issues with her internal keyboard and that her WIFI was not working. Our technician explained to the customer that we are a third party vendor and after the customer's signed consent, we proceed to resolve the customers issues and installed a Network Security Firewall on the customers machine. The customer on that day was happy and signed a service agreement with us that included a cancellation policy. We have not contacted [redacted] again since. We also do not keep customers payment information as required by our processing merchant. We will not be contacting or charging [redacted] for anything or any reason in the future. Thanks you
