So, now I am sending them a letter with the tracking number and the information from FedEx.
A company of this size should have better customer service, especially when taking people's money without delivering the products ordered!

Unhappy, frustrated, and aggravated Thanes customer
The post office clearly did not leave it on my porch obviously they left it on the wrong addresses porch. I have asked for a refund and they have not done so to this date since I have been fighting this since 02/2020. This is nothing but a headache. I send e mails and they never get back to me. In my opinion don't shop with this company
