I purchased this product, it advertise that it comes alone with workout videos, I never received the workout videos and I can't even purchase them separately. I can't even get access to the online streaming videos, and there is no number to call for support. I paid hundreds of dollars for such a horrible company, they wouldn't even try to make it right, I need to make sure I'm doing things correctly so I don't injure myself, they don't care, they already have my money, So Sorry I purchased

Ordered a H20 Mop X5 and it has been 4 weeks and I have not received a confirmation number or the mop. But you had no problems deducting $100 from my checking account. This company is a total scam. Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered items totaling $360.00 on 1/31/2021, charged and I paid for these items. The items, according to FedEx are missing when using the tracking number to locate them. FedEx states that Thane must contact them to begin an investigation. Well, I tried calling, but because of COVID they do not have people answering the phones. There are several phone numbers listed on the www that are discontinued or not working. I tried emailing Thanes, but I received an automated response directing me to the frequently asked questions page. I have an account, but it will not allow me to request help or contact anyone at the company. It does give me my order number, but that is it.
So, now I am sending them a letter with the tracking number and the information from FedEx.
A company of this size should have better customer service, especially when taking people's money without delivering the products ordered!

Ii have sent several emails in regarding for rma to return this item, but I get a run around over and over, until today I still haven't hear from the company at all. By the way, the item doesn't work as advertised on tv. It's a scam company.

I ordered the wrong thing from them I wanted a floor scrubber not a steam cleaner. I called, emailed for a month to get a ra number from them. Finally when I received it we sent it back that has been over two weeks ago. No refund as of yet! I would never ever deal with this company again, so save your self from this place and do not order from them! If this had stars, they would be minus 100

They said the post office supposedly left it on my porch. I was home the whole day and night on the day it was supposedly left and it in fact was never left on my porch.
The post office clearly did not leave it on my porch obviously they left it on the wrong addresses porch. I have asked for a refund and they have not done so to this date since I have been fighting this since 02/2020. This is nothing but a headache. I send e mails and they never get back to me. In my opinion don't shop with this company
