Thank you for providing us with a copy of the tracking number that was used to return the unit. We tried to track the shipment down through USPS (which was the carrier that you used) and according to USPS website, the status of the tracking number is "status not available" and as a result we are unable to see where the order to was returned to. We strongly suggest that you contact USPS to see if your order can be located. As of now, there is still no record of this order being returned to Thane USA.

I have my post office receipt...am I suppose to mail a copy to u or take a pic and send? The tracking number is [redacted]....... I shipped it out on 3/24/17 ...2 day delivery...to arrive 3/27/17 ..... If u need to see a copy of my order or my return receipt please let me know.... Thank you...[redacted]
