At this time, I have been contacted directly by Araca Merchandise L.Pregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I called their customer service deptjust after Christmas and requested regular updates as to when I could expect my orderI received emails stating that the item was still back ordered I received a third email stating the items were to be received by them 117, but I have not heard anything sinceI've been out of town for a week, so I'm hoping the item will be at home when I get there this morningIf my package has arrived, I'll send a second note In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello ***,We're sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your subscription box and apologize for any miscommunication with the sales person regarding this promotion and that it was not explained wellThe supply drop box is a subscription service and the first payment is charged when you sign up for the subscriptionWith the subscription of the supply drop the promotional item was available for a discounted price and it was not a free productAs you have requested we have canceled your order and refunded your account backSince our merchandise company is only able to assist with payments collected via internet sales we are unable to directly refund the promotional item that you received so we would not need that item backThat was a separate charge through the vendor.? Our apologies for any inconvenience and hope that we have resolved your concerns.?

Hello,We are not sure how to respond, as we have been in contact with the customer every step of the way and have replied to every email she has sentThe latest one came on the *** of MarchWe offered to refund her shipping, as we were finally getting ready to ship out the S.O.Sbox sets that
finally came in from the third party vendor. She seemed open and amicable to this in the email she sent to us on Friday the ***:** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***

For reasons unknown the Post Office was unable to deliver the package the customer original shipping addressThe customer contacted the Post Office to provide an alternate addressthe post again was unable to deliver to this new addressFinally the Post Office returned the package to our facilityWe then in turn got in contact wit the customer to get *** addressWe then sent it out to this addressThe FedEx tracking number ***, this shows thte package as having been delivered***

They offered to repay the shipping ? and handling fees, but asked for me to email my credit card informationI said I would like the refund, but asked for another way to give my credit card information and they have not respondedI am not comfortable sending information like this through emailIn the Revdex.com response they said they shipped the SOS box set but I haven't received any shipping notification like they said I should receive so I'm not confident the box set has even been shipped today.?

I received 2 emails stating that the item was still back ordered.  I received a third email stating the items were to be received by them 1/**/17, but I have not heard anything since. I've been out of town for a week, so I'm hoping the item will be at home when I get there this morning. If my package has arrived, I'll send a second note.
