 They offered to repay the shipping  and handling fees, but asked for me to email my credit card information. I said I would like the refund, but asked for another way to give my credit card information and they have not responded. I am not comfortable sending information like this through email. In the Revdex.com response they said they shipped the SOS box set but I haven't received any shipping notification like they said I should receive so I'm not confident the box set has even been shipped today.
