I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The finance company and dealership are still offering any settlement on this issueThe car has a coolant leak and an oil leakTheir very own service department has told me this car is not worth putting any money into fixing the oil leakI just had a water pump and entire coolant system replaced in the last months and it's leaking AGAINThey want me to make payments and fix a piece of crapIf the car was worth it I would but it is notI have statements from other mechanics who warn me not to put money into this carI have had repair issues for over six months nowAny other dealership with an ounce of integrity would allow a person who pays regularly on their loan to trade a car inEvery place I've been to has told me that can't finance me out of this dealOnly 40% of my regular payment is going to the principal balance of this loanThe rest is interestThey have already made $13,out of me on this carI'm a single mother working too jobs with NO PUBLIC ASSISTANCEI have an MBAI'm not stupidI was desperate for a car due to getting a divorce and no help from ex at the timeSince then I've built my finances up to sustain myselfI will not be taking advantage of any further by this companyI'll go to the news if I have toIt is immoral and down right shady what they are doing to my family Regards, [redacted]

Sadly, the worst car buying experience ever The customer service is horrible I walked in and the receptionist just barely acknowledges your presence In fact, the day I walked in the Owner was sitting in an unused desk I would have thought from his friendly commercials he would have been friendly to see customers and would have at least acknowledged the guest that were directly in his sight But I found this was indicative of their overall poor serviceThe sales people of course are eager to help until they find out you are already dealing with someoneSo the next time you enter they walk past you I came in and met Jermaine with a down payment prepared to purchase that day I picked three cars to test drive, were on the lot but had not gone through Service Not wanting to just buy anything they had me wait weeks before I was able to test drive the second car and the third one never made it to serviceI was given a lot of in my opinion poor excuses to why I had to wait so long for them to get a car ready to test drive Again I was not car lookingMy car was breaking down and I was forced to act quickly I was car buying When I voiced my concerns to Ricky and Surge "managers I might add" they were not the least bit helpful or concerned at allI had to call and call and call to find out any progress on the two cars I was interested in purchasingSeveral times I left messages that were never returned I ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere elseI don't know if I signed anything that says I can't share my experience or not but this Review is not to disparage Auto Connection I did not feel I was a priority even with a down payment in handBut honestly, I think because they offer a large second chance service maybe they think they can deal with people in an unprofessional manner and it's OK, cause we need them more than they need us This sometimes happen when small business start to get larger Maybe this will get their attention and have them take a second look at their customer service and overall business practices This was the hardest time I have ever experience to purchase a car

We are rejecting this offer due to the mechanical condition of the vehicle,My Husband told them that the water pump was going when they so called fixed the radiator,They ignored that,the crank shaft is going and the transmission is going,the vehicle is unsafe and it's not dependable or trust worthy,I have grandkids I travel with in the vehicle and I can't trust it or depend or it..It scares me I have to hold my breath that I make it from point A to point B.I don't want it back..When they fixed the radiator when I got it back I had no heat,it was blowing cold air due to their negligence of making sure there was anti-freeze in there which there wasn't.So no I don't trust the vehicle and it's not safe on the road..Im not taking it back.So make an offer to settle this.It's a LEMON

This is the first time I am seeing this complaint. According to the notes on the account some repairs have been done at no cost to the customer. Other repairs may be needed that require an expense to occur. I will look in to this and report back. [redacted]

[redacted]    Yes some repairs require an expense to occur, we are not speaking of those repairs.  I am speaking of the electrical problem that the car now has and the fact that after the repairs where made the second time my car continues to cut off or not start.  I don't think a tire or multi purpose arm will fix that.  The problems that I am having with this car have become overwhelming I have mad several attempts to contact your company with no reply.  I am just asking my car be replace or repaired .

We are a car dealer and do things in bulk but we will send an individual employee to [redacted] to get in...

Review: In Febuary of 2015 I purchased a [redacted] from Auto Connection. Two months after I purchased the car it was back to them for a bad engine. I had to fight to get the new engine in the car. The ignition switch was bad also I took it them on several different occasions with them telling me that they could not find anything wrong with the car. Fast forward now the car had begun to overheat on a daily basis the control panel is going crazy the car is jerking and barely picking up speed. Once again I was told they couldn't find anything wrong. I finally had to get my mother involved due to less than human treat received my the shop manager and the general manager at this location. I finally got all those problems resolved after 2 trips there and more money. I now find out the car has an electrical problem which I was told should have been noticed when the car started due to the control panel going crazy. The car continues to cut off or not start. Talking to these people gets you nowhere but they will call you every day if you are a second late with a payment. this has given me overwhelming anxiety just trying to get it fixedDesired Settlement: I would like the car replaced. I feel like the sold me a lemon and are giving me the run away and taking the cheap way out. I am just starting out and need a dependable car to get to and from work. Trying to pay for a car that is not working and paying for rides to and from work is causing me great financial difficulty.
