Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have previously reported the electrical issues in the car that have been constant since purchasing the vehicle This is not just an issue with me, but with Jettas in general Since purchasing the vehicle in the all lighting blows out every two months and have to be constantly replaced, the entire radio system stopped working for no reason and had to be replaced as well as the vehicles horn which the dealership in Chico said appeared to stop working for "no apparent reason" I have also reported this issue to Volkswagen corporate I just would like other consumers to know that these vehicles are lemons and the dealerships, including this one that sold me the vehicle and knew of the issues, take no accountability Sincerely, [redacted]

At this point , my opinion is that Mr*** should contact Volkswagen Customer Care and let them know about problems with his vehicle.We can not agree that all Volkswagen Jetta models has electrical issues and while we empathize with Mr***, however we as a dealership can not help him any further except to look at his Jetta and try to address issues that Mr*** mentionedOur understanding is that his vehicle is in California presently under the care of localVolkswagen dealer.We remain open for suggestions

Our response was that we were going to stop the collection process. How this was not an acceptable response does not make sense to us

Mr*** purchased his vehicle on November 29th, This recent complaint from Revdex.com is the first time we are notified about any issues with his vehicle which according to CarFax report was involved in accident on March 29th 2015. Vehicle was

I apolizige for the prior response. I verified with our office staff that a check was made for the full amount and sent out on July 25,2016.  Since the payment was made on the VW diesel credit card, we were unable to reload that card.  It was a first time and we should have handled this better and I do apologize on behalf of The Autobarn that we did not.  thank you[redacted]director of fixed operations
