A very good experience! The Basement Doctor did everything that they said they would do and more. Jesse and his crew Matt, Michael, and Nick did an excellent job waterproofing my basement and repairing my crawl space. Todd provided me with peace of mind after scoping my storm drains. The electrician and plumbers working on the week-long project did an excellent job as well. It has been over a week since the repairs, and my basement is dry after several downpours. This was money well spent, and I can't thank everyone at the Basement Doctor enough for all of their help and hard work!

The crew who worked at my house for a week were professional, good at explaining what needed to be done, were polite and respectful and careful of my property. It's been a month since they finished. I wanted to wait and write the review after a few heavy rains. I am very pleased with my dry basement. Can't thank you enough!

We had the Basement Doctor build an egress in our basement (they are currently finishing our basement.) Jesse and his crew were absolutely amazing. Finished sooner than we expected and went above and beyond when it came time to clean up. We have had other work done on our home by other companies and never did they clean up like Jesse and his crew. Very professional. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend the basement doctor. We had our basement wall repaired with the bracing and sealant. Josh and Chris were the workers. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the finished product.

I cannot recommend the Basement Doctor enough! They arrived on job-site on time every morning, they were polite and kept me informed through the entire process. They made sure things were done right. Every person on the site was professional and polite. They made sure to safely remove black mold issues, fixed pluming issues, and left our scary basement that was built in the 1920s into a safe, dry, and clean basement. Worth every penny!

The "Doctor" showed up with a 4 man crew and began work on Monday. His crew was very professional, doing good work with a minimum of trouble. They picked up their mess each day and except for the big truck parked in the driveway each day. nobody would notice anything going on
I purposely waited a month or 6 weeks to write this review, I wanted to see if they were successful in diverting the water in my crawlspace, Well we've had some pretty rainy weather and the basement. is staying dry.
So far I believe that the "Basement Doctor" offered up good workmanship and an overall pleasant experience...

Overall, we are very pleased with the work done. Everything was explained to us in a thorough manner. They made suggestions that enhanced the final result. All of the employees were polite and considerate. The work was unavoidably loud and dusty, and the workers made sure that the noise and dust were confined to the basement as much as could be expected.

Very good overall. Fair and honest, told me what to expect. tech was a little early (good) and did a great job cleaning up. Only thing was they do a pre job inspection which required me to be home an additional time - wish they would have gotten everything they needed when they did the estimate. But overall I recommend them.
