Hi my name is *** I moved in the bend at broad 8/11/2018 & for starters I feel very taken advantage of by this company. Apparently Scott & Jessica feel I don’t deserve some type of compensation is just ridiculous when I’ve lived with roaches for 12 days before they did what I asked them to do. I feel like if you go and stay at a hotel and it has roaches would you wanna pay for that stay ? Would you feel like you should ? Not only that but my carpet has stains from previous tenants. I asked for it to be pulled up and replaced as well. Instead it was cleaned but stains are still visible what Jessica showed SCOTT was the carpet wet & trash can was covering the nail polish on the carpet when I returned to my apartment. I have pictures of the stains in the carpet. If the carpet won’t be replace that’s more reason to take money off my rent. One thing I am not is a liar I understand what’s fair is fair but this isn’t fair to me. My rent should be pro rated for the 12 days I lived here with roaches before they called a pest control out. 5 of the 12 days I refused to stay there I had to stay with family. My rent should be pro rated those 12 days because I had to live with dirty carpet until they called someone out to clean it. Yea the carpet cleaning helped SOME and I mean some like I stated before theres still visible stains & that would be grounds for this carpet to be replaced so I thought. That’s not normal wear normal wear would come clean. I just feel like in this case y’all care so much about taking people money that you guys customer satisfaction is poor. Also one of them stated they was unaware of any pre existing roach problem I Beg to differ when there are plenty reviews on this complex that stated cockroach problem had I know it would’ve saved me some time. On top of the roaches and carpet I have a hole in my bathroom wall it’s not big it’s a decent size but when you dealing with roaches THATS A PROBLEM. I’ve been asking for it to be covered since I moved here it’s been almost 3 weeks maintenance came in last week and took a look at it still haven’t done anything so much for a 48 hour service window I guess right ? I do thank then for the effort however when it comes to me paying money for something that wasnt right is where the problem lies. I’m sorry you they don’t see where I should be compensated but I do know karma is real and you just don’t take advantage of ppl. Not ppl who are putting money into you guys pockets. I would like to hear from someone hire up in management regarding this matter please and thanks

I moved in the resident on September 1st,2017.. I change the date of the move previously by one day, This business charge a extra prorate of about $7.00 extra a month added on the rent monthly. Only by one day. I kept fight this for 2 days. Finally I receive my answer. He told me that they get their from in a computer. The computer decides who and what rates according to a per specific resident unit address.. This business is bleeding pockets and wallets. ..... I live in a 1 bedroom box apartment that cost nearly $800.00 MONTHLY ent with, water, sewer and trash. These apartments are small and very little and not spacious at all. Now I do not understand that Paylease payment, I have to save every penny of my money. I am on a fixed income. Now we have to pay $4 a month to process the monthly payment, making $48 a year. This business is not a cost comfort living. Their online showing is not in true , nor honest

Our rental rates are based off of your move in date and length of lease. If you choose to change your date, it does have the potential to change your rental rate which is outlined in all quotes that are issued. In your lease agreement you will find your rental rate along with what utilities are to be paid by the tenant. We apologize if you feel this wasn't properly explained to you prior to your move in. While the PayLease card is an option for rental payments, we also offer the option to pay online which is free of charge.
