The plumber corrected a problem with incorrect and incompetent installation of another plumber from another businessIt seems like he did a very good job and we hope to encounter no more problems with this issue
Brad BFrom Penning Plumbing replaced my water heater todayHe explained everything thoroughlyPlus he pushed my daughter's car out of the snow after she dropped off her kidsThen when the snow plow came he ran outside to move his van so my driveway could be cleared Thanks so much Brad
We have a tankless water heater system and years ago that system was not working Penning came in and said they could fix the system and I felt pressured us into moving forward At the completion of our service they charged us $10k and told us that we must have a monthly service fee for our system to be warrantied We had never been told that until the end and felt that was not right Fast forward years and our system is not working yet again and they want to charge us another $to fix it We had another company come in to review the system and they informed us that this system was not a quality system and that it was not properly set-up We have had a technician here twice and seem to get no answers I do not trust their service and would not recommend it to anyone We are looking at now replacing the system with another one from a different vendor and it will cost us $4k Overall we have spent nearly $14k in years on a water system that should have been fixed once We consistently get the run around from Penning
Frank was our plumber that came out He was amazing, professional and explained every aspect of the repair I will go the penning plumbing again if I have a problem
The representative that came to our home was on time, very polite and knowledgeable The rates were very reasonable and it was done in a timely manner The rate A+++ Thanks [redacted]
Brad Bcame and replaced our water heater yesterday What a guy! He was a delight to have in our home Professional, politeand very pleasant He has great customer skills I trust Penning gets the word that they have a great employee in Brad B
They came when they said they would We're kind and friendly, knew there job Fixed my problem and cleaned up after they or he had finishedI will always count on them
The service man, Frank, was very professional though did not explain much of what was wrong or what he did The status light indicated a flammable vapor sensor lock We were painting in the basement which triggered it All the unit needed (it's only years old) was to have the vapor sensor reset I paid $for maintenance the water heater didn''t need I saw the burner when Frank removed it from the water heater, it look almost brand new And Frank was here for maybe an hour I feel the service was worth about $100, but not more They also presented me with a platinum option, $maintenance on a water heater that cost $brand new, seriously??
Darrel Y and Adam replaced all the basement water pipes and the water heater in my homeThey completed the job in one day, working practically non-stopTheir work was excellent and they were very courteous, professional and responsive to all my questions and requests
Just as impressive was the follDarrel did the next day at the home when he made sure that the water pressure in all locations came back satisfactorily and without any issuesBy the time he'd completed some adjustments and had flushed a couple of fixtures, the pressure was better than ever
I would recommend Darrel - and Penning - to anyone needing any kind of work in their homeHe's a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional and it was a real pleasure to work with him
