Brad B. From Penning Plumbing replaced my water heater today. He explained everything thoroughly. Plus he pushed my daughter's car out of the snow after she dropped off her kids. Then when the snow plow came he ran outside to move his van so my driveway could be cleared.

My rep was right on time, used the footsie each time in & out ( it was raining), and he was courteous, helpful, thorough , and fast. He found an issue & fixed it perfectly at my request. He noted some other problem areas for my future decision. I have been using Penning plumbing for over 20 years at two different houses. I trust them to always do a great job.

We have a tankless water heater system and 5 years ago that system was not working. Penning came in and said they could fix the system and I felt pressured us into moving forward. At the completion of our service they charged us $10k and told us that we must have a monthly service fee for our system to be warrantied. We had never been told that until the end and felt that was not right. Fast forward 5 years and our system is not working yet again and they want to charge us another $2500 to fix it. We had another company come in to review the system and they informed us that this system was not a quality system and that it was not properly set-up. We have had a technician here twice and seem to get no answers. I do not trust their service and would not recommend it to anyone. We are looking at now replacing the system with another one from a different vendor and it will cost us $4k. Overall we have spent nearly $14k in 5 years on a water system that should have been fixed once. We consistently get the run around from Penning.
I had the nicest, most courteous young man (Brad B) help me today. I had a toilet that didn't shut off when flushed. Brad upgraded the workings, plus he found an old error that could be damaging, repaired everything in speedy record time.
We have always had great results with Penning Plumbing and this last time was on exception. Always very friendly, professional people. Very willing to answer any questions and explain what they are doing. Arrive promptly, identify themselves and respect your home. Will continue to use this company in the future.

The plumber corrected a problem with incorrect and incompetent installation of another plumber from another business. It seems like he did a very good job and we hope to encounter no more problems with this issue.
