The Bored Woodworker

Took my money kept it for two months. Would not respond to messages and has not given me product

I contracted him on 1/17/20 to build a custom entertainment center. I put down half for a deposit and he was supposed to deliver it on March 7th. He claims his truck broke down and could not deliver the items. I have reached out to him 12 times in the last 2 months to reschedule delivery with no response. I know he has seen the messages and is not responding. I have asked for a future date to be scheduled with shelter in place happening but construction is still being allowed but still no response. I am out $600 and have asked for a refund or for the item to be delivered and I will pay the balance as agreed.
