Was looking for my criminal history for work and this site popped up. They didn't show much but was able to reach them via email and got an explanation and refund. Guess if they don't get info from the state they can't give to me. Reasonable but wish I knew that before signing up. Oh well got a refund so its a wash, not as bad as people say on the net.
I went to persupo for 1 reason, to see what they had on me so I could get a job at the post office. Only paid a buck so figured why not. They had a few speeding tickets from way back when which I thought would have faded off my record but guess not! Called up to ask them to take it off and some russian girl answered saying they can't change anything but told me how to email another department and get my everything taken off. Then she said oh by the way this will charge you $30 in a few more days do you want the service or no. Thank god she said that or I would have bounced my rent! Can't believe I missed that but I checked my email and it was plain as day it auto renews, so glad [redacted] let me know! So I emailed the department to have my ticket removed, Got the email back said they needed all this info from me to remove me seemed like a big hassle which I emailed back asking what they needed it for and some Brendan guy explained just to search myself up copy and paste the info into an email and they would take care of it. Wish the russian girl had said that would have saved me a few hours back and forth. All in all not a bad site for a buck. My info is gone and I got the job! Presupo is alright in my book.
Not a customer of persupo, but I was looking for a copy of my marriage license so I called up the phone number here to ask them what it would cost. Some russian girl answered and I thought it was an outsourced place but she said they were in Las Vegas so I thought ok cool. She was very nice and explained to me the difference between papers and records. They don't actually give out copies they just give information listings like the day and location a marriage was done on. she said only courts can give out copies of the actual decree which I didn't know so it saved me the membership fee. Most companies wouldn't tell you something like that up front. Not really needing what they do for now but I do appreciate them being real with me. If anyone ever asks where to look up records I will definitely pass the phone number down the line!
It was pleasure speaking with the company's customer service representative . He was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Subsequently I had a billing issue which was resolved to my satisfaction with just a phone call and I also received a follow-up e-mail. I would recommend Persopo to anyone.
The data I received took days to get and then was complete inaccurate. When I emailed to say that the data was inaccurate and that I wanted to stop being billed automatically and that I would like a refund they said that because I didn't call and I emailed that I could not get the account cancelled or reimbursed. They were very unprofessional. They did not seem to care that the data was wrong and said that it isn't their data but to me they match the data so they should match it correctly. I have not found such inaccurate data on other sites. I did call and the rep on the line was much nicer than the one who I had emailed. She did reimburse me for the most recent month's bill but I had to pay for the first month's bull and she did cancel my account. She said that she would report the inaccurate data too which was very good. Even though they resolved that I would not be able to recommend this site to anyone else because they need to fix their matching so that the accurate data is supplied. I should also add that most of the data was missing as well so very little data came back and the data that did for criminal was very inaccurate for many of the people I was looking up which was most concerning because I would think that they may have some lawsuits.

I used this site to check out a woman I have been dating for over a year now. Its a long distance relationship so I thought I would see if there was things I didnt know. It brought her name with multiple ages but nothing for her. She lives in a town of about 500 people so I know there can not be that many woman with the same name there. I also dont like that you have to pay extra to find out more detailed things. My biggest complaint is once I signed up for this my inbox started getting flooded with emails from other sites. 20+ a day! So beware that they give out your email address.
Im happy with this site I was able to find a family member I have not spoke to in almost 10 years. I also recommended this site to my neighbor that needed something and she told me she didnt find what she was looking for and they actually gave her the money she spent back! So she now recommends them as well, awesome customer service was very friendly and helped me log in when I had trouble. ( I'm not the best with computers ).

I assumed it was a scam company. I was correct in my thinking. I enrolled at 5:40 p.m. on February 19 for a 5 Day Trial membership. I called to cancel at 3:00 on February 24 and was told that "they count by the days" ... 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23... I would be charged for an additional month for nothing. I have done a search and have received nothing from them yet.
This is a terrible scam company. They do not care about their customers.

I ordered 2 reports on 2 different people, and waited 2 weeks and they found out nothing, and I know for a fact that there is information to be obtained. I waited the 72 hours that they said it may take to pull in all records and, now, 2 weeks later still no record found. What a scam. They took my money and the only thing that they got right about the person was the name and birthdate. Do not waste you money!
It's nearly impossible to follow their guidelines for removal of ones personal information. I have followed their OPT-OUT / Removal page & all they do is run you in circles. Well that's been my experience. Someone needs to investigate them for their deception. Their opt out page states removal a certain number of business days something like 7-10 , yet their return email states 10-20 & then it's hell getting them to remove personal information.I tried calling them & the person said they could not help me. Is it possible for a Television Station in the market to investigate this "Outfit"?? Really Bad News. Way bad.

I did a search on two people and they came back saying they had found all these records that you could access for $20 a month. So I signed up and payed and there was nothing there. I cancelled the monthly subscription but they would not refund the initial $20. That must be quite a money maker for them! This ought to be illegal.
NEGATIVE!! I purchased this service. Everytime I tried to use it it wanted me to pay extra for information. What is the purpose of paying for the service if after you join they want more money? I called to cancel it. I was told it was cancelled but did not receive a conformation number and was not told I would need one. Later I received a credit card bill for the charges I tried to dispute it but because I did not have a conformation number I had to pay the charges. I just now called again to cancel and insisted on a conformation number. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting their word on the phone. Will never use them again!
