As with my response from 5/7/2015, we will pay for the damage done to the 2nd shelf in the same amount of $161.25.To close, a total of $322.50 will be refunded within thirty (30) days from move out (date we receive keys back).  In addition, I would like to reiterate that this was an on-going problem dating back to November 2014, per the residents.  The Bray Co. only began managing the property in mid February 2015.  With the above, we consider this matter closed and no further response is required on our part.Thank you.
