I was very pleased w/ my experience w/ HanzoSwords.com.
I purchased a replica of the Halo Covenant from another company which would not respond to any of my repeated comunications. I ended up canceling the order (with a great deal of effort) and found this site.
I ordered a similar sword from HanzoSwords.com. The next day I recieve a personal call from the owner telling me that they didn't have that model in stock, but that they would replace it with a newer model at no additional charge and it was on the truck the very next day.
While it was unfortunate that we weren't able to get it by christmas, it arrived the following Monday and my brother ended up loving the gift.
The owner was very helpful every step of the way answering any questions and concerns that I had.
I will deffinately be going back to them.
Their customer service is superb.

When I first received this product it was damaged and broken, but this was due to UPS, not Hanzoswords. Hanzoswords immediately sent out a brand new sword (arrived within the next day or two) and also a complimentary knife (actually a really cool knife) to apologize for the inconvenience. So it was a bit of a shaky start but their customer service was great and the sword itself is awesome. Bear in mind this sword is for display or decoration only. It will definitely break if you swing it around really hard or try to fight/cut things with it. It is a perfect piece to decorate my wall though =)

Just opened my sword I received it yesterday and I couldn't wait to get home from work to open it , this baby is a beautiful work of art, I didn't expect it to be this amazing it was worth it and for this price couldn't beat that would've paid more if I had to but thank you for this amazing sword and for the greatest price to have such a beauty displayed along with the rest of my baby's..

I have done a lot of business with HanzoSwords. I [redacted] not be going anywhere else for any of my Sword, knife, fantasy, or collectible wants and needs. Everything they have covers anything I could want. I have not yet received an Item that I was unhappy with. I will definitely be doing repeat business with them. The customer service is beyond excellent. [redacted] is extremely friendly and helpful. :)

My first experience with Hanzo Swords was a rather pleasant one in regards to selection and purchase of my products. The order had several swords all of which I am very pleased with, so much so that I have made several other purchases and will continue to do so in the future.
I would and have recommended this company to several friends and family, customer service is at an all time high and thats just the way I like it.
