Dear ***,I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the response you have received and that you had a bad experienceBased on my research you set up services with Shaylee on February 27th at 9:am and set up for an entire lawn care program, which is lawn applicationsI am not sure what your conversation was like with Shaylee but she is a customer service rep that assists our customers in setting up for servicesShe is not an experienced technician therefore she would not know when precisely these applications will be doneMany of our services if not all of our services are very much weather dependentWe cannot predict what the climate will do, therefore we get all of the time sensitive applications done in a timely mannerYour very first application was the nitrogen fertilizer and unfortunately we cant wait until April to do that because by then you are due for the re-emergent, weed control and fertilizerWe wait days between each service to make sure it does not burn your lawn and we wait until April for your first one then you will miss out on one of the most important lawn applicationsI have no records of you asking to wait until April, I do have snapshots of the txt messages you sent but it does not have a phone number, dates or timeWe did call you per your request on Friday March 4th and left you a message letting you know we were coming out on Monday March 7thUnfortunately we did not get a message to cancel in timeIt wasnt until April 1st when you called in and canceled the remaining of your services for the yearYou stated you talked to Rachel on multiple occasions about getting a Credit but she is not a manager who has the authority to do decide anything like thatI would love to resolve this just as much as you do so please feel free to contact our office so we can come to a solutionBest Regards,Leyla M***The Bugnappers

Hi ***, T/hank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you were not happy with your servicesAccording to our records Michael Dwas truck riding and knocking on doors where Chris (the Technician) was spraying that day in your neighborhoodMichael talked to you on 7/8/about services and you signed a service agreement so Chris sprayed for you right away and it was around amTwo of our guys were at your property talking to you and you allowed for them to sprayI am not sure where the "free" spray came from because we couldnt possibly run a business if we offered everyone a free spray and on your service agreement it clearly states that the spray is $which is out standard exterior pest control priceChris also left you a handwritten invoice with the time, date, his technician license information and chemical and amount he usedI am attaching the service agreement with your signature and the two invoices from the sprays you hadPlease take a look at that information and let us touch base next week sometime so that I can address any questions you may haveWe would really like to get this resolved just as much as you do so please dont hesitate to call us.Best Regards,The Bugnappers

Hi ***,Thank you very much for the feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experienceBased on my records you talked to the Office Manager not a receptionist who still after months offered to come out and do a free service for youYou stated that you and your husband called in several times to get someone out there to look at your lawn but the only record I have is from June 6th when you called in two weeks after the last service and canceled all of your servicesAll of the services provided are 100% guaranteedIf you have questions, concerns, or are not satisfied with any of our services or products we schedule a service call return to your property at no charge to address your concernsWe place customer service at the top of our list and pride ourselves on being able to give you the personal attention you deserveWe do not credit services rendered, we make sure to fix the problem and we offered to do that for you but you denied that optionIf you want to call our office I am sure that we can solve this to both of our satisfactionBest Regards,Leyla M***The Bugnappers

Hi ***,Thank you so much for the feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with out companyWe want to resolve this so we tried calling you and left a voicemailFirst we would like to make sure it is clear that our employee's do not make any commission so selling you something, we are in the customer service business and that is what they are hired to doAccording to our research you have had spring and fall pest control services in the pastWhen you talked to Shaylee on 3/28/at 3:in the afternoon she set you up for a spring and fall bug spray per your requestWe came out for your spring spray on 5/23/and did not talk to you again until 8/11/when you Danielle from our Accounts Receivable department contacted you about the balanceYou told her that you recall your conversation with Shaylee but did not remember agreeing to the servicesYou also told her you were not happy about this but will make a payment if she sends you a bill and made it clear you never wanted to use our services againWe have not hear from you since that conversation and are not sure what fall sprays you are referring to because we have not done any more services since your May sprayAttached you will find an itemized statement with all of the rendered services and you will notice there are no fall services on there from Please contact us when you can so that we can answer any questions or concerns you may have and get this resolved.Best Regards,The Bugnappers

Dear ***,I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you receivedThat is definitely not how I want you to feel and hope we can figure this outAll of our spray trucks have commercial equipment and high pressured sprayers that release one gallon under a minute so yes it is very possible to cover all of your treesWe have your lawn and tree measurements on file and know what needs to be sprayedIf you owned your own Pest company you would know that we cant kill your trees with a Tree Insecticide that was sprayed one timeLooking over your account I noticed your balance is not $It is actually less than that so I am not sure where that balance comes fromBased on my research your wife ordered services with [redacted] on 7/21/and we came out to do multiple services on 7/29/That morning you called our office and talked to Abigail and let her know how upset you wereI called your wife that afternoon to see why she was unhappy and gave her realistic expectations about the services and how it worksI also let her know to call me back if she does not see results and I will send someone out to redo all of the services performedThe very next day Irene called in and wanted us to come back to resprayOn 8/8/we made an appointment with your wife to make sure she was home and came out to respray everythingAfter that we did not receive any complaints or calls so we came out and did the last Pest Control Spray on 9/20/per your requestWe followed up with you on 10/18/to talk to you about your account and left a messageWe received a payment from you for the bug spray on 10/26/with a note that said you will not be paying for any lawn and tree services performed, even though the services were rendered twiceUntil a month and change later we did not get a call letting us know you were not happy with the free follow up treatmentsI asked your wife to call me personally if she is still not happy and we even gave you a follow up call to make sure you were satisfiedOne of the conversations I had with your wife was were regarding the lawn application when I tried to explain that there is not much weed control we can do in the summerHaving one lawn application is like taking one vitamin expecting it to work for a yearAmy gave you a curtesy call on 1/3/to let you know there was still a balance on your account and you got very upset and filed this complaint a couple days laterWe do not have a collections department and certainly do not harass our customers about their paymentsYou are completely refusing to , pay for services that were rendered, twice, once for free ***, I want this resolved just as much as you do but from a business point of view I am not sure what else we can do for you regarding your accountIf you want to resolve this or have any other questions please feel free to contact meThank you for your business!

I am rejecting this response because:I never received a "month" invoice I requested an invoice after I found an invoice blown in the dirt left hanging on our front door, I assumeYes I have talked to them several times, I asked what a "pest control" was that was charged on the invoice- a service that I had never asked forI was told, "it just makes better business sense to do both services (fertilize which I asked for three throughout the year, and pest control-that I never asked for) because both tanks were on the truck"Wow, I will not pay for services I did not ask for PERIODThis company is shady, they were supposed to schedule a day to come and knock (someone is always there)Not once did that happen.I have paid for the services I asked for initiallyThey called again to try to get my business, but in the same call called me a liar, saying I don't know what I asked forI know what I asked for, after they sprayed for spiders ($- paid for)I asked fertilization treatments ($each) throughout and a grub treatment ($40) for a side lawnAt one point I did ask about treating a tree but that was never doneSo in total I asked for $in total services and have paid $218. They have terrible customer service, they have called me a liar on multiple occasionsMy language has nothing to do with anything, I work at a call center, in no circumstance are we ever allowed to disconnect with a customerThey do not care about customer service, and honestly I truly have no idea what they used on my lawn (could have been water for all I know) or when they sprayed (no one ever seen them).

Dear ***,Thank you for the feedback and I am truly sorry you feel that wayI am assuming this is ***! Based on my research you pre-confirmed all of ***'s services this year on February 4th at 3:in the afternoon with our customer service representative CrisWe do not roll over services
and you are not obligated to anything with us so that gives you the green light to cancel anytime you wantEach one of the services has detailed notes on what to focus on and to run a payment after each service per "YOUR" requestWe do not have any records of you canceling ***'s services! I do show that we have made several attempts to contact you regarding the accountYou are stating that you canceled on July 5th after making a payment but the only record I have is you calling in and telling us we needed to come back and spray the fence line that was missed so we came out on July 12th and resprayed at no charge and the same day we fertilized your lawnOn July 15th you called in to make a payment for that service and on August 4th we came out and sprayed your house for spidersAt no point during any of these conversations, services rendered and invoices did we get a call from you about services being canceledYour last service rendered was over a week ago and we never heard anything from you until you received a statement in the mail regarding a billIf you canceled on July 5th, why call in and pay for the services rendered on the 12th? I do not know where the miscommunication was here and certainly dont want to lose *** as a customer but we want this resolved just as much as you doI assure you that we have no problem canceling services that are not wantedI am extremely sorry for the inconvenience and we made sure your services are canceledI hope this information helps and if you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.Best Regards,Leyla M***The Bugnappers

The company sent a young man who had never sprayed trees before as he told my wifeI do not care how good the equipment is there is no way to spray my trees with gallons of chemicalTo properly spray the trees you have to spray both front and back and there is no way it was done properlyIf they want to prove that it can be done when winter is over I challenge them to come back and prove it to me by spraying water both front and back with gallons and to spray around the house and lawn, there is no wayThe tech never tried to get the back side. If they can prove it to me I will pay the amount they are asking for, after years of owning a spray company I know for a fact it was not done properlyThe weeds never died and my trees suffered because they were not properly sprayed
