Hi ***,We are are very sorry about the bad experience you have had and sincerely do want to let you know that we have resolved thisPlease contact us if you have any questions or concerns and we will make sure to send you a confirmation email showing you this has been resolved. Best Regards,The Bugnappers Crew

Dear ***,The technician that came to your house has been with us for years and yes this year was his first year of spraying trees but he has been fully trainedWe do not throw our technicians out in the field without proper trainingEach service that was done that day was a different product and that is why you received an individual invoice for eachThe gallons was for the tree service only not the house, trees and lawnAs a Pest Control specialist you know that we cannot and do not use the same products for those servicesI would be happy to resend you a copy of the invoices that show each service rendered, the product that was used and how much he usedI am not sure sending someone out for the 3rd time is going to resolve anything but if it is going to make you feel better about it we would be happy to do thatAgain, each service was a different product and each invoice has different measurementsIf you want to take a look at that first and then call me I would be happy to assist you further.Sincerely.The Bugnappers

complaint # *** from *** *** so that you can decide what to do.I have talked to *** myself a couple of timesWe do no owe her anything as she is the one that still owes for services from I am attaching an itemized statement to this email so that you can see for
yourself all of the services she ordered, that we have rendered so far and what she paid for or still owesWe did not hear any complaints from *** until June 24th via email after a statement was sent to herIn a conversation with my office staff she claimed that she had only received invoices from us, after services?! Everytime our technician are at a customers house they fill out an invoice for every home treated with their name, technician license number, time, date and chemicals used to treat. If our technicians fail to provide that information they can get in trouble with the department of agriculture so why would they risk not turning in an invoice to the customerWe always have them fill out two invoices so that we have copies of everything the customer gets as wellWe have sent *** copies of these invoices prior to this complaint*** talked to and ordered the services last year with my office assistant Jessica Rand everything was fine until late June when she got her month statement in the mail and called in stating she never ordered the servicesJessica does not work on commission so it would not benefit my office staff to set customers up for services they did not wantAlso, *** asked us to put specific instructions to put on the invoices that we would not have known prior to talking to herShe called and yelled at Jessica and at that point Jessica disconnected the call due to inappropriate language and had me call ***When I called *** I went over all of the details and her main concern was that she did not have the money to pay us so I told her I would work with her budget and we would figure it out togetherShe made a couple of payments in October but stopped after that until our billing department called her again to talk to her about the remaining balance and that is what triggered this complaint and the whole thing about us owing her moneyI am still willing to work with her on this and did not realize she had an issue per our last conversationI am attaching a recent statement of her account and some of the conversations between us and herPlease dont hesitate to call me or email me if you need anything else.Thank you and best regards,

Dear ***,Thank you for the feedbackI am very sorry to hear about your experience and I can assure you that is not how we run things hereI will take care of this immediately and make sure you will not be bothered againMy sincere apologies to you and if there is anything else we can do
for you please feel free contact us anytime. Best regards,The Bugnappers

Hi [redacted],I am really sorry you feel that way about our company considering how much I have tried to work with you and your budget. We do not roll over services or bind them in a contract so you could have called and canceled your services after any of those 10 services rendered. I am willing to resolve this if you and hopefully we will find a happy medium. Please contact my office so you and I can talk. best Regards to you, Leyla (Bugnappers)

Dear [redacted],I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the response you have received and that you had a bad experience. Based on my research you set up services with Shaylee on February 27th 2016 at 9:40 am and set up for an entire lawn care program, which is 8 lawn applications. I am not sure...

what your conversation was like with Shaylee but she is a customer service rep that assists our customers in setting up for services. She is not an experienced technician therefore she would not know when precisely these applications will be done. Many of our services if not all of our services are very much weather dependent. We cannot predict what the climate will do, therefore we get all of the time sensitive applications done in a timely manner. Your very first application was the nitrogen fertilizer and unfortunately we cant wait until April to do that because by then you are due for the re-emergent, weed control and fertilizer. We wait  28 days between each service to make sure it does not burn your lawn and we wait until April for your first one then you will miss out on one of the most important lawn applications. I have no records of you asking to wait until April, I do have snapshots of the txt messages you sent but it does not have a phone number, dates or time. We did call you per your request on Friday March 4th and left you a message letting you know we were coming out on Monday March 7th. Unfortunately we did not get a message to cancel in time. It wasnt until April 1st when you called in and canceled the remaining of your services for the year. You stated you talked to Rachel on multiple occasions about getting a Credit but she is not a manager who has the authority to do decide anything like that. I would love to resolve this just as much as you do so please feel free to contact our office so we can come to a solution. Best Regards,Leyla M[redacted]The Bugnappers

Hi [redacted],Thank you so much for the feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with out company. We want to resolve this so we tried calling you and left a voicemail. First we would like to make sure it is clear that our employee's do not make any commission so selling you...

something, we are in the customer service business and that is what they are hired to do. According to our research you have had spring and fall pest control services in the past. When you talked to Shaylee on 3/28/16 at 3:10 in the afternoon she set you up for a spring and fall bug spray per your request. We came out for your spring spray on 5/23/16 and did not talk to you again until 8/11/16 when you Danielle from our Accounts Receivable department contacted you about the balance. You told her that you recall your conversation with Shaylee but did not remember agreeing to the services. You also told her you were not happy about this but will make a payment if she sends you a bill and made it clear you never wanted to use our services again. We have not hear from you since that conversation and are not sure what fall sprays you are referring to because we have not done any more services since your May spray. Attached you will find an itemized statement with all of the rendered services and you will notice there are no fall services on there from 2016. Please contact us when you can so that we can answer any questions or concerns you may have and get this resolved.Best Regards,The Bugnappers

Hi [redacted],Thank you very much for the feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Based on my records you talked to the Office Manager not a receptionist who still after 5 months offered to come out and do a free service for you. You stated that you and your husband called in...

several times to get someone out there to look at your lawn but the only record I have is from June 6th when you called in two weeks after the last service and canceled all of your services. All of the services provided are 100% guaranteed. If you have questions, concerns, or are not satisfied with any of our services or products we schedule a service call return to your property at no charge to address your concerns. We place customer service at the top of our list and pride ourselves on being able to give you the personal attention you deserve. We do not credit services rendered, we make sure to fix the problem and we offered to do that for you but you denied that option. If you want to call our office I am sure that we can solve this to both of our satisfaction. Best Regards,Leyla M[redacted]The Bugnappers

Hi [redacted], I am really sorry that you are this upset. You and I have missed each other a couple of times but I called you again yesterday evening and left you my personal cell phone number so that you could reach me anytime and I havent heard from you. I am more than willing to take care of your requests and that was part of the reason why I have been wanting to talk to you as well. Please do call me so that we are on the same page and we can honor your requests for your mothers account. best regards,The Bugnappers

Hi [redacted],Thank you so much for the feedback. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will make it a priority to have the Branch Manager call you to get this resolved. Best Regards,The Bugnappers

To Whom This May Concern:My apologies for the late response and thank you for the reminder email. My name is Leyla M[redacted] and I am the Office Manager at the Bugnappers. Based on my research Ethan H[redacted] called our offices on February 10th 2015 to set up Pest Control services and was transferred...

to Criselda H[redacted] in our sales department. Part of our special we had in February was the 6 spray special spread out between February and November usually, depending on the weather every year varies. Ethan decided to start with an Interior/Exterior at $ 129 combo and 5 follow up Exterior Pest Control Sprays at $55. After Criselda set Ethan up she transferred him to a manager to audit the sale and that was Martha K[redacted].  On February 17th he called back stating he only wanted a total of 5 sprays for the year not 6 so his account was adjusted. When we called Ethan for his first spray in the spring which was the Interior/Exterior Spray, he told Jessica R[redacted] in the scheduling department that he did not want this spray so Jessica went ahead and canceled it. When it was time for his next spray we went out and sprayed his home on June 11th 2015 and that following Monday June 15th 2015 Ethan called upset about the spray that he got. I addressed with Ethan that he is not in a contract and can cancel anytime. He stated that he canceled all of his services with Jessica in the spring and that Jessica hung up on him. I have not records showing that he canceled services because I personally track all of the sales, cancels and production that is done daily. I do however show that when Jessica called him to schedule his spray for the next day he told her to cancel this one because he cannot afford it. When he called me on June 15th 2015, he asked me to cancel everything due to financial problems. We have no problem canceling services that are not wanted, we want our customers to be happy and that is why we don't bind them in a service contract or roll over services every year. Our customers get to choose if they want us to do their services and what they want us to do and we will follow those instructions. Unfortunately I cannot delete an invoice for services rendered but I am more than happy to work with Ethan's budget in any way I can and he can call my office any time to solve this. I am attaching the sales sheet and a statement for the services we have done. Please contact me if there is anything else I can do. Regards,Leyla M[redacted]Office

Hi [redacted],Thank you so much for the feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you feel that way. It looks like we have made numerous email and phone calls to contact you so we can resolve this with no luck. According to our records Torey called you on 4/14/16 at 5:15 in the evening and you agreed...

to have us come out to do your pest control services. I also show originally Torey and you had talked about the quarterly services but when Torey handed the phone to our verification manager Natosha to audit the sale she crossed off the quarterly sprays and wrote only 3 (spring summer and fall) services. You are right we do not have written contracts but we make sure all of our new customers get audited to make sure they really want the services. We never got calls or complaints from you after any of your services until they called you regarding your bill. We would be more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have so feel free to call us anytime. Best Regards, The Bugnappers

I don't need Revdex.com to do anything more at this point. I just want it known this is a shady company. I sent written correspondence to NOT do additional spraying. They came anyway and then charged me. I responded several times to phone messages. They called so often they were bothersome. At  this point I want to be done with this company!!

Hi [redacted], T/hank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you were not happy with your services. According to our records Michael D. was truck riding and knocking on doors where Chris (the Technician) was spraying that day in your neighborhood. Michael talked to you on 7/8/16 about services and...

you signed a service agreement so Chris sprayed for you right away and it was around 10 am. Two of our guys were at your property talking to you and you allowed for them to spray. I am not sure where the "free" spray came from because we couldnt possibly run a business if we offered everyone a free spray and on your service agreement it clearly states that the spray is $45 which is out standard exterior pest control price. Chris also left you a handwritten invoice with the time, date, his technician license information and chemical and amount he used. I am attaching the service agreement with your signature and the two invoices from the sprays you had. Please take a look at that information and let us touch base next week sometime so that I can address any questions you may have. We would really like to get this resolved just as much as you do so please dont hesitate to call us.Best Regards,The Bugnappers

Dear [redacted],I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received. That is definitely not how I want you to feel and hope we can figure this out. All of our spray trucks have commercial equipment and high pressured sprayers that release one gallon under a minute so yes it...

is very possible to cover all of your trees. We have your lawn and tree measurements on file and know what needs to be sprayed. If you owned your own Pest company you would know that we cant kill your trees with a Tree Insecticide that was sprayed one time. Looking over your account I noticed your balance is not $220. It is actually less than that so I am not sure where that balance comes from. Based on my research your wife ordered services with [redacted] on 7/21/16 and we came out to do multiple services on 7/29/16. That morning you called our office and talked to Abigail and let her know how upset you were. I called your wife that afternoon to see why she was unhappy and gave her realistic expectations about the services and how it works. I also let her know to call me back if she does not see results and I will send someone out to redo all of the services performed. The very next day Irene called in and wanted us to come back to respray. On 8/8/16 we made an appointment with your wife to make sure she was home and came out to respray everything. After that we did not receive any complaints or calls so we came out and did the last Pest Control Spray on 9/20/16 per your request. We followed up with you on 10/18/16 to talk to you about your account and left a message. We received a payment from you for the bug spray on 10/26/16 with a note that said you will not be paying for any lawn and tree services performed, even though the services were rendered twice. Until a month and change later we did not get a call letting us know you were not happy with the free follow up treatments. I asked your wife to call me personally if she is still not happy and we even gave you a follow up call to make sure you were satisfied. One of the conversations I  had with your wife was were regarding the lawn application when I tried to explain that there is not much weed control we can do in the summer. Having one lawn application is like taking one vitamin expecting it to work for a year. Amy gave you a curtesy call on 1/3/17 to let you know there was still a balance on your account and you got very upset and filed this complaint a couple days later. We do not have a collections department and certainly do not harass our customers about their payments. You are completely refusing to , pay for services that were rendered, twice, once for free.  [redacted], I want this resolved just as much as you do but from a business point of view I am not sure what else we can do for you regarding your account. If you want to resolve this or have any other questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your business!

I received an email and I am not ok with us closing this to unresolved. At this point we want to be done with this and would like it resolved so we will credit her account and consider it satisfied. We are closing this account and she will not be contacted again. Please relay that on our Revdex.com site to Lisa Smith. This is regarding complaint number ID [redacted]. Best Regards, Leyla M[redacted] The Bugnappers

I am rejecting your response. Thanks for your reply. You mention you are in the customer service business. Doing a quick Google search your company is rated a 2.5 out of 5 with 51 responses about how negative the experience has been. I've actually see several of my complaint. hmm, for a company to state they are in the customer service business, you are failing. Secondly, I'd like to understand why you would be the only company in Utah to hire outbound call sales people and not incentivize.  That would mean you would retain an employee in that role whether they sold one service or 30 services in a month. There is no logic, but your employee told me they were incented, so either your company is lying to me or your employee was.  Either way, no company will retain an employee that doesn't produce results. Thirdly, you omitted two other calls I had with your company.  It appears you mimicked my complaint. Lastly, because you system has me logged as requesting Spring and Fall service, doesn't mean I requested that.  Hence, the lack of quality control  and for a company that says they are customer centric and you have no way of service controls, leaves you very exposed.  Recording software is standard practice and yet, your company doesn't record telephone calls.  Had you, you'd know I was telling the truth and all this would be avoided    I've paid the $47.00.  Again, it's not the money it's the fraudulent business practice. I will also be sending a letter to the Attorney Generals Office as I'm not the only customer to have complained about this situation.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
