My bridesmaid recently picked up her dress from AtlasWhen she tried it on the dress way way to largeWhen she was originally measured for the dress she told the clerk she felt the measurments were loose and she wanted to go with a smaller size(This particlar bridesmaid used to work for an alertations company in Michigan, so she knows what she is talking about)The clerk who gave my bridesmaid her dress when she picked it up remeasured her and the measurements were inches off of the original measurementsThe clerk then brought in the store ownerThe store owner did offer to alter the dress for free, but she was EXTREMELY rude about itShe basically accused my bridesmaid of loosing inches in months(My bridesmaid is in the United States Airforce, she is fit and trim all of the time due to the demands of her job, and she was the exact same weight when she ordered the dress)Since I see there is a similar complaint filed just a few weeks ago, I would suggest to you RUDE OWNER that maybe you retrain your staff on how to properly measure customersPeople spend thousands of dollars in your store and to be treated so rudely? As a business ower, admit your mistake, fix it, and do so with a smile on your faceThe last thing a bride wants is to be treated so rudely after she has spent over $in your store and her bridesmaids combined have spent over $I will make sure that everyone hears my story, and I will not be referring ANYONE to Atlas, EVER!

I used Atlas Bridal back in late for my daughters wedding, but felt moved to post a review after seeing some negative ones that I feel aren't warrantedFrom the moment our bridal party stepped into this shop, we felt welcomed and importantThe individualized care was smooth and precise, all of the workers were kind and helpfulMy daughters dress was beautiful and fit perfectly thanks to trained staff that foresaw any potential concerns I can't say enough how wonderful it was working with this placeWe were all extremely happy and would give it a "10" star experience if we could

Initial job in April seemed great - full roof, year architectural shingles, plus gutters - which John *** sublet to someone else A few years later, flashing problems around chimney caused siding to rot Called John, said he'd come and fix - he did not Called again and he never picked up nor returned messages I paid someone else to repair siding Now siding damage again, plus gutters falling away from house Called John - guess he'd forgotten my number, so he answered Said he'd have to find out who he'd used for the gutters, they nailed them instead of screwing the brackets in - would get me their number, or if he couldn't find that, then he'd fix it himself Again, that's the last I heard from him Tried to call, no answer - left message, no return call Later my general contractor, who is doing other work for me, uncovered the cause of the recurring damage near the chimney - a poor job of installing flashing He called John ***, sparked his memory about the house and the fact that I'd called for him twice - but John said the gutter guy was out of business and there was nothing he could do So I'm again paying someone else to fix his mistakes Plenty of roofers out there - no need to hire a dishonest one, nor one who won't back their work So avoid John *** / Apex

The sales clerk order my dress with the managers assistance. They dress came in and was too large.
