We have been in touch with PayPal in regards to this matter because this customer is now trying to return items she has worn This will be our last response to this matter Our items are as pictured and swimwear understandably is not returnable, especially worn swimwear

If your items arrived on 8/17 (3 days after your order) and you did not reach out end until the end of the month over 2 weeks after ordering your ticket would have closed and been ineligible for return. Our shipping and returns page is listed on our website and our terms are clear... that we ask all customers to reach out within 6 days of receipt of the item to let us know of any issues or if you would like to return or exchange. If you would have reached out sooner we could have helped you however this information is listed on our website and on the check out page.

Hello *** According to our records there was an RMA issued and that was sent to you on 8/02/at 2:PM EST We give all customers days to mail items bck once an RMA was issued We do feel days is ample time as first class mail takes only days to arrive to us therefore our customers do not have to rush to mail their items This item was not returned to us If you have a tracking number showing the item was returned that would be great

The RMA ticket information was sent to the email address *** on 2/12/at 1:PM EST. We have been more than happy to help this customer with all of her needs. She has the information to return the items. The USPS tracking also shows all of her items have been delivered. Im sorry she is unhappy with the returns policy

Hi [redacted], Im sorry to hear your swim suits did not fit you. Based on the measurements you gave to our customer service team after you received your items it is clear that a different size needed to be ordered.  Our website is very user friendly and states the measurements of each item...

we carry since different brands do run differently in sizing.  We do not accept returns on swimwear due to sanitary reasons as no one wants to wear a used swimsuit. That is listed on our website so you are aware before purchase.  Best Regards!

I have not received the RMA at the email address mentioned in their response. I check this email daily. And, I've used this email to converse with them and to place the order.
