agreed to before check out, so I am surprised to hear that you would say our service is terrible because our team directed you to the return instructions outlined on our site. I apologize that you had such a hard time understanding our return policy, please let us know if there is something about the wording that is unclear or needs further clarification:

I did not state that he service I received was terrible. I stated that I did not receive a response on how to move forward with the return because I never received any return labels. I would like to return the item for a full refund because the first issue, which was not addressed in the previous response was that the item I received was not the item I ordered. The colors were not the same. In addition, it was too small. I've attached a copy of what I order and a copy of what I received. The Navy Blue to no where to be found on the dress I received. I have been communicating this for over a month and it has not been resolved. I do not understand what the issue is when correcting this type of mistake. I would like a refund and a label to return the unwanted item.

Thanks We were not able to find this order due to different informaiton on the order.  I do see an RMA was sent to her and we are awaiting a tracking number and we have yet to receive one.  Customers do have 7 days to return the item once an RMA has been issued.  Thank You!

Their website states that for size large on the suits I purchased, the hips are 40".  Also, the models show the bikini bottoms at their hips, not at their waists.  I have provided photographic proof of the incorrect sizing.  I did purchase the items based on the advertised sizes, yet the sizes I was sent were wrong.  I informed the company of this, and they were incredibly rude and unprofessional.  They refuse to accept a return due to sanitary reasons, but they didn't even send what was advertised.  Therefore, this is a different matter.  Here are their webpage sizing advertisements and photo of model.  https://www.thechicfind.com/collections/outerwear/products/the-knockout-high-n... https://www.thechicfind.com/collections/outerwear/products/on-my-way-halter-biki... attempted MULTIPLE times via email with Chic Finds to get this resolved, and they were absolutely horrible to work with.  I am happy to attach their awful emails to me, if you wish.  I do not accept their reply here, because it's a lie.  And the photos show it.

it did not look like the model wearing it. The good news however is your dress you received as well worked out just fine so we are glad to hear that.

as a PayPal email address then that is the email you need to check for your RMA.  It only makes sense for communications via email to be sent to the email on the order.  We are located in Indiana and you would need to work with our team and follow the instructions on the RMA to send your item back to us.  Thank You!

I understand that swimwear typically is not returnable. However, when you FALSELY advertise something and send me an item that is not even close to the sizing you advertise, that's different.  You don't have to reply any further.  I will get my refund from my bank, I have provided photographic proof of the incorrect sizing to your company, Revdex.com, and PayPal.  My case is solid and you should be ashamed of yourself for not resolving this properly on your own.  You don't get to scam customers and then hide behind the "you can't return swimwear" policy. I didn't wear the items out of my home - tried them on once.  You know all of this...and are trying to make it sound like I used them all summer.  Shame on you.

We have been in touch with PayPal in regards to this matter because this customer is now trying to return items she has worn.  This will be our last response to this matter.  Our items are as pictured and swimwear understandably is not returnable, especially worn swimwear.
