I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately
there is nothing on your statement that I am not aware of, except that [redacted]
spoke with one of the witnesses on 09/15/2014, which according to my count it
should be the second witness out of three
Also,
according Adalina Hernandez, broker, she sent the insured's statement to Alliance on 09/11/and
it was confirmed as receivedAlliance
should already have this document

Just today, 40 days after the accident and...
claim filed, did they call me to say they are paying the claim, sending me a check.
I am accepting this but only because I need my car and cannot wait any longer, take any further steps.
I believe they would have done nothing had I not complained to you and the commissioner.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10179571, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
