I've been trying to contact someone for a couple weeks - emails, texts, messages, phone calls. No one is there, as far as I can tell. No response. I'm going to consider this company to be out of business. It's a shame, because I've really liked their products.

I have been a customer for the last four years and never had a problem in the past. Cute collars. This time I ordered 2 collars, one for each of my dogs. It has been a month and half and nothing. The payment cleared within 3 days of the order but haven't heard anything.
Left email message and nothing. Wish I would have done a little research before ordering, but like I said - never had a problem until now.
I don't know what has happened with this business in the last few months - they have lost me as a customer.

Some similar problems as previous reviews. In April 2018 my order of two embroidered collars become covered with black spots by August 2018. I sent texts with photos and experienced the same lack of response as other people: phone not being answered, voice mailbox full, no response to texts, no response to emails. Finally they agreed to remake the collars and if it happened again, they would remake them with a different fabric. In following up the responses were the same. I received the replacements in October '18 and by March 5, 2019 again I sent texts with photos that the collars had black spots. They have not responded to the text, or to an email and the phone is unanwered, voice mailbox full. On 3/15/19 I filed a complaint with the RevDex.com, but there are other very similar complaints as far as lack of response and it doesn't appear they have answered to the BBB either.

I wrote a review a few days ago about not receiving my collars for months and the lack of communication. I did receive my collars on Friday and a text apologizing. These are the cutest and best collars I have found. I texted when I received the collar and thanked them, but also explained that better communication was necessary. Hoping that Cozy Critter is able to work on this and stay in business.

I ordered 6 collars from Cozy Critter the end of December. I have ordered collars from them for 12 years and never had a problem. The delivery had always been prompt, the collars were of good quality and they were so fun. I loved all the choices. However, this time I received an email co firming the order, the money was taken out but package never came. I assumed I messed up so the end of January reordered, after all had never had problem before! Again it is now 3/6/19 well over a month from my second order and no collars. I sent Emails, but heard nothing. I tried calling, but the voicemail was Full. What irked me the most is when I sent a text asking if they were still in business, I received a prompt response saying “Yes, we are” with a smiley! I gave my Dec order number and date of Jan order and let her know I wanted and deserved my product...surprisingly, no prompt response! I left a voice message once I was able to. I reported them to BBB and am in the process of filing with my bank. I texted the number to let them know I had reported them and that I was at my bank. Prompt response apologizing and a tracking number of an order. We will see. Sadly, I don’t think I will order from this company again. Hopefully, I do get those 12 collars so should be good for years for our two young dogs. Management will hopefully figure it out before they go under.

I purchased an embroidered collar and a leash from The Cozy Critter on 3/12/ On the website it states that most orders will ship within 3-business days - which would have been 3/25/the latest On 3/22/I emailed The Cozy Critter (as there is no phone number or any other contact information than their email address) which they stated was their preferred method of contact - to check on the status of the order No response from them I emailed them again on 3/30/asking status, no response On 4/6/I received an email stating the order had been delivered and they were sorry I didn't receive their emails The order was gift for my mothers new puppy I ordered a size small collar with the puppies name embroidered on it and a matching leash For the amount of money I paid this is one of the worst products I have ever seen First the size small collar is 18" long - standard size small collars are - 14" This collar would probably fit a Great Dane puppy, not a Minia

I ordered a dog collar and filled out the form to have it embroidered. When the collar came it was the wrong fabric and it was not embroidered. I have send 2 emails to their support email and a message through their website and have not received any replys.

Review: I returned dog collars/leashes (the amount of the transaction: $107.80)for an exchange. The items were returned two days after I received them. The tracking information I have shows the company received the items for exchange on May 6, 2015. Today is June 17, 2015 and I have not received the items or a refund. And, more specifically, when I try to contact the company through email at the customer service email address (which I have 3-4 times), I have received no response. Review: I purchased a dog collar from this organization in August. Promptly upon receipt, I returned the item and requested an exchange per the exchange policy posted online. Review: My wife and I have purchased multiple things from Cozy Critters over the years. In recent orders though they have become very slow. Our latest purchase was May 16th 2015 for approx $65. As of July 1 we have not received any merchandise. We have e-mailed them a total of 5 times with no responses what so ever. Their website has been updated stating they are behind, but stating 2-4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks now for our order and still no responses to our e-mail. They offer no phone number to call, and when calling the number attached to the credit card transition it is disconnected. Their facebook page has since been deleted also.Desired Settlement: We just want what we purchased. If we can not have that, we want a full refund. Their products (when they arrive) are top notch and why we keep coming back over the years. Not sure what issues are happening on the backend but it really is too bad. Watching a company take what seems like a winning product and burn it down due to poor customer service is sad.

Review: We placed an order on 4/30/15, and we have yet to receive the products even though they already withdrew $120+ for payment. It is now 6/3 and we have not had one reply to our 3 attempts to find out where our products are. This is a terrible way to do business, especially since it said 10 days lead time on the website when we placed the order.Desired Settlement: First and foremost, I want to know when I will receive my product, or if I have to take legal action to get my money back. As a returning customer, they may want to think about crediting my account for a portion of the order for their lack of customer service.
