I place a $150 order and could see the website being updating from the time i'd placed my order to the time I submitted my paypal dispute but received no email responses and no items. it is my belief that cozy critter is pure scam. :(

Review: After Christmas I ordered 2 cat collars with bells and bouncy writing one Blue with yellow writing LUCKY. One light pink lavender bouncy writing MINNIE. I have sent over 40 emails about where my collars are they don't answer my emails also I wrote to complain about 2 broken cat collars I wanted replaced I attached the photos again no contact back. I have spent a lot of money on these collars and this company is totally ignoring me!Desired Settlement: I want the collars I Paid and ordered delivered and the collars the are broken and I sent them photos of repaired.

Review: I purchased a dog collar online two weeks ago and have not received any package even after my payment has went through. Have emailed the company more than once and have not heard anything. Tried to looked up contact info on the company and saw on the Revdex.com website they are out of business. However thwy still have a website and are accepting payments. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do and I'm only out $20 but just didn't think that was right. Review: I placed an order for a dog collar and leash through www.cozycritter.com website. I was able to order the items with detail and received them within the specified timing that the company stated I would. The product was perfect. I was very pleased with the quality and make of the collar and leash.After receiving the products, we decided to go with a male puppy instead of a female puppy. So since the items were pink, I sent them back only a few days after I received them. They were picked up by FedEx on 12/11/2014. Delivery to Cozy Critter was tracked and the items arrived back to the business on 12/16/2014.During this entire process, I have tried contacting Cozy Critter numerous times to discuss the purchase and refund. The only links on their website that do not work is their "Contact" link at the top of the page and the "Email" link at the bottom of the page. I have tried contacting them via their Facebook page, with no response. I have also tried to find a contact number online.The bottom line, is it's been almost 2 months and I still have not received a refund. Their return policy states that items will be refunded if there is no embroidery and if it's within 30 days of purchase. My collar did not have any embroidery stitching on it.Desired Settlement: Full refund to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a custom, embroidered dog collar from the Cozy Critter on 12/23/15 that was a bit pricey - around $40. My card was charged, and I received a confirmation email about the purchase. After a month went by with no word from the Cozy Critter and no collar, I left a message through the "chat" function on their webpage (it says "chat is currently unavailable - click here to leave a message"). After a few days went by with no response, I sent an email to them. My email has not received a response, either.Desired Settlement: At this point I have gotten a different collar for my dog. (I would have been happy to wait for the Cozy Critter's collar if they had let me know about the delay or communicated with me better.) I would like a refund of my purchase price.

Review: I RECEIVED ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY IN LATE JULY. I LOVED THE COLLAR BUT I SENT THE LEASH BACK IN EXCHANGE FOR A SHORTER VERSION, AND THE HARNESS IN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE FOR EXCHANGES INCLUDING SENDING MY ORIGINAL INVOICE (WHICH I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT COPYING FOR MY RECORDS, A CHECK FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL MY ITEMS BACK TO ME INCLUDING THE EXTRA AMOUNT FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT I WANTED. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE THE WAREHOUSE HAS SUPPOSEDLY RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDANCE FROM THEM. IM FINDING THE SAME THING A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE ON HERE WHICH IS A DISCONNECTED TELEPHONE NUMBER AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO WHICH I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS THUS FAR.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE ITEMS REQUESTED ON MY EXCHANGE FORM OR A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT I ORIGINALLY PAID MINUS THE COST OF THE ITEM I KEPT. Review: I ordered a collar and leash from Cozy Critter on 4/22/15. We received both about a month later, but the collar was a tad too big, so we shipped it right back the next day to exchange it for a smaller size, taking all necessary steps for returns/exchanges (it was not embroidered). We never heard back. My husband and I have both tried to contact them repeatedly, inquiring on the status of our exchange, but no response. The phone number we found is not in service, and we are still waiting on a response to the five e-mails we've sent to [email protected] Settlement: I would like to receive the product we paid for, or a full refund including the additional shipping we paid to ship it back for our exchange. After much research, it appears this is commonplace for Cozy Critter, and I'd like this to be addressed properly so future customers don't encounter the same issue.

Review: I made a purchase in January, which I returned within the allotted time frame to make a return. I made the return in February. I have still not received my refund. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, including prior to the delivery of my order. I have not received any type of response. The site says their preferred method of contact is email, of which I have sent several. There is no phone number for customers to call. It has been almost two months since my return was delivered to the company and I have not received any sort of response or refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase, totaling $56.80.

Review: On Mar 13, 2015 I ordered a harness with the dogs name and our phone number on it. Paid over $54. Order number [redacted]. Cannot get anyone to answer an email. Have tried numerous times. I did receive my harness today. I think if the company would just keep in contact with people on their orders, they wouldn't have so many problems.

Review: I placed an order with this company for two dog collars . After placing the order I realized I did not get the embroidery like I thought , so I placed a new order with embroidery . I contacted the company that the first order was incorrect and they sent me one email stating they would refund the amount . Since that time I have not been refunded my money or received the correct collars . I have emailed them again several times asking the status of my refund for the first order and the status of the correct order with shipping info .I tried to call and the number is not working . I have not received any response to my email about refund or shipping. Very poor customer service response and unprofessional . I want my refund and the correct collars.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for the first order and I want the collars for the correct order. I have been charged for BOTH orders and have received nothing and no response to my recent 3 emails .

Review: Ordered product on February 27th 2015 and it is now March 15th 2015 and still haven't received product.Desired Settlement: I ordered two dog collars and a pet id tag that totaled 76.70.

Review: I ordered a dog collar on 02/04/2014, order reference #[redacted] and I haven't received it yet. I have tried to contact them by email but it seems that it doesn't work and there is no phone number to call. They with drew the dollar amount on 2/5/2015 for $36.85, I looked at my account and there was a phone # [redacted], but when I called it, it says it's not a working number. All I want is to get a refund if they are not going to send me what I've ordered. This is just bad business.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back in full since they haven't sent me the collar.

I received the collar I ordered excepted they sent a clip collar instead of the belt buckle style that I had ordered, but I am satisfied with the product, it is very nicely made.It would be nice if this company would put a phone number and a email address so you could get in contact with them in the future . Thank you for your help.

Review: On March 3rd, I ordered a collar from The Cozy Critter. Upon purchasing, it indicated that it could take up to 10 to make and then the next few days to ship. There has been no indication since then that the collar is finished or close to being shipped. Furthermore, I would like to follow up with the company but they do not list a phone number and have not replied to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I would first like my order in a timely matter that the company stated they would send it in. I do believe that it is bad business to not provide a customer service phone number for contact. I strongly suggest that this company provides a phone number due to the poor scheduling they have in production.
