made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was immediately called the next day by one of the customer service reps, Kimberly She explained to me that the month extension had already been applied to my account and that there may have been a misunderstanding She also informed me that the bonus trips were the items that could be extended with no penalty After looking over my notes again, she was correct Romy, the initial rep who sold me the vacation package, was correct in what she told me and I simply misunderstood what she was saying

I am rejecting this response because: I did book a vacation at a Westgate Property in Williamsburg, which is Kingsmill I did not make a reservation for several months following the purchase of the offer, as I was told was fine When I made the reservation, I was given information about a tour of a property called King's Creek This is not a Westgate property, and is not up to the standards of Kingsmill While I realize that the names are similar, they are not the same property I maintain that I should have been informed that this was not the property I originally booked, and given the option of accepting the substitute property. I was also told that by paying an extra $100, I was guaranteed a balcony on the "Complimentary" Cruise package that I was being given When I brought this up after we received the package that makes no mention of a balcony, I was told that I upgraded from a day cruise to a day cruise This is not what I was told or what was verified Finally, I was told when I booked that it was necessary to pay an extra $to stay on the actual property, which again, I had been told was what I was purchasing in the first place
