This complaint is not an example of a bait and switch as Ms [redacted] chose her accommodations at her discretion after she indicated that the accommodations chosen for her were inferior. Any activation fees or deposits that are payable for use of the complimentary premiums shall be applied towards the total balance of the applicable taxes and fees owed. Premiums are not serviced by this company and any further matters regarding the aforementioned premiums shall be directed to the appropriate company. No credit will be issued in regards to this complaint, we have rendered services and there is no record of the claims Ms [redacted] is making other than what appears on her original purchase confirmation provided at the time of purchase and time of render -- it is unreasonable to purchase a product or service and request a full refund 90 days later for services that have previously been rendered and used with no indication of dissatisfaction. Please close this complaint accordingly.

As per standard procedure, all customer communications are recorded and noted for quality assurance. Ms [redacted] was contacted by a member of the management team this afternoon (09/08) regarding her continuing dissatisfaction with the offer serviced. Ms [redacted] was unwilling to remedy and indicated...

that speaking to us was a "waste of her time" and she would file this complaint anyway. Ms [redacted] has been continually accommodated since purchase. Contrary to the above complaint, Ms [redacted] was not advised by the management team that her offer was "switched" after the point of sale and has made no mention of "Kingsmill" until this complaint. As mentioned by Ms [redacted] in the above complaint, premiums offered are complimentary and subject to taxes, incidentals, and fees. Ms [redacted] may choose to use or discard of premiums at her discretion as they are complimentary and not included in the purchase price of this offer. No further action will be taken in this matter as services were rendered over 3 months ago and there had been no indication of misrepresentation until this time despite the many times Ms [redacted] has been in contact with Customer Care since purchase. In addition, Ms [redacted] was provided proper disclosure at the point of sale regarding taxes, incidentals, and fees.

As an act of good faith, we have issued a full credit on behalf of the selling vendor. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
