Want My Quilt Back
On Aug. 22 2019 I placed an order with the Feverish Quilter to quilt my quilt top. I paid for the service and shipped the Quilt top and backing fabric to the indicated address. I have USPS confirmation that it arrived. There was supposed to be a 7-14 day turn around time. Having not heard anything I began following up on September 8th. Since then their website has been taken down. I have since called, emailed, Facebook messaged, sent a letter, filed a BBB complaint, and filed a complaint with the state attorney general with no response. I just want my quilt back, done or not. Are you able to help?

In September of 2018, I sent a quilt top, along with payment, to be finished for my grandson. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. Since that time, we retired and moved out of state and, without any response, I don’t even know if they have my new information. After working on something for so many hours, it is sad that they won’t even acknowledge me. Please help!

Revdex.com spoke to Shari at business and the following was relayed: The quilt has been finishedThere was a lot more wrong with it than originally relayedWe were told there were anomalies to address when we actually identified places that needed to be replaced and repairedWe have since finished and sent it back to the customerShe did receive it and texted back that she was thrilled with the end result

I sent my quilt top to be quilter/bound on May 30, 2019 and have received nothing back (after a $223.39 charge). I worked on this quilt for a year and would like it back, even if it's not done. I've left voicemails, emails, and messages online but have gotten nothing in response ever.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com received the following response from the customer on behalf of the business: I have received the finished quiltNo further action is needed

I paid $71.33 for quilting services on 8/28/18. In recent weeks I have been trying to connect with Shari (owner) RE: sending out my quilt. The website has been out of service and she has not responded to emails. I no longer want to send out my quilt given the variety of online complaints and lack of communication from owner. I will request a refund.

I sent two quilts to the Feverish Quilter. My credit card was charged $229.35. No one answers my emails. No one returns my phone calls. I spent five years making those two quilts. I want them returned to me. I want the $229.35 returned as well.

I sent my Jethro Tull T-shirt quilt to the Feverish Quilter on October 30, 2018. They cashed my checks for $239.95 on November 5, 2018. It is now May 22, 2019 and I still don't have my quilt back. Website states 10-14 day turnaround. Once they get your money they stop replying to calls and emails. That quilt has thousands of dollars worth of concert T-shirts spanning from 1976 to present day. I WANT MY QUILT BACK!

+1

Did you get it back yet or hear from her?

She doesn’t answer me.

I sent Shari my quilt top and binding material on December 21, 2018. Through PayPal, I paid $271.30.

I didn’t hear from Shari for awhile. When I finally did she explained that they were having equipment problems but she promised that they would get it done. I told her no worries.

In March, I told her that the quilt was for a birthday gift for my son. His birthday was in April and I needed the quilt done by then. I never heard back from her.

Well, here we are on May 20, 2019 and I still have not received my completed quilt. I have also asked her to just return my quilt top and material for binding to me along with a refund for the $271.30 I sent her but have not received either.

She no longer answers my emails.

I sent one quilt top to Feverish Quilter on 3/5/19. They received my money for it thru paypal on the same day. It arrived at their location on 3/8/19. I have emailed with no response and tried calling but no one ever called me back. Now you can't even leave a message because their mail box is full. Are they still in business? How do I get my quilt top and backing back? And my payment? Who do I contact to get this resolved?

Your replyGood Luck. They have had my quilt since January. It's impossible to get a response from them. Now, mid-April, I still have no idea when my quilt will be done. They sure are efficient at taking your money thought, aren't they.

I sent a quilt to them in early January. There communication is horrible and now second week in march and still do not have my quilt back nor do I know when I will get it. They did however communicate immediately to tell me how much I needed to pay! Very frustrated at this point and so disappointed that the talk on their website was so full of untruths!

I have had 4 quilts done there and have been very pleased by them. They have always been done very nicely. I am sending 2 more in tomorrow. I am happy yo get a quilt back within 2-3 weeks when all the local places here in Florida and 4-8 weeks. It is also quite a savings to not have to buy and ship the batting. Tks guys for the great work!

I am so upset with this company. I sent my first completed quilt which they received on January 6. It was supposed to be returned on January 15. I started calling and emailing, and they just do not answer. I finally got a call back and I was told they were running behind, they found my quilt and it would go out the following Monday. Needless to say, that did not happen. I am heartbroken. I have left message after message to just send it back, finished or not. They are absolute criminals. I am looking into how to file with the Attorney General's office of New York

Revdex.com spoke to Shari at business and the following was relayed: The quilting is done, I am doing the trimming tonight and it will be in the mail tomorrow

Did you get your quilt back?

Did you get your quilt back?

She is such an incredible liar. She sent out false tracking information
9410810200864395663245
She claims it was attempted delivery, yet I was home all day. The post office said this is a false number

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

I sent my quilt in to be quilted and binded and finally today January 14, 2019 I received word that it is being shipped back to me. This was after numerous emails and telephone calls (which I only received the answering machine to leave a message). I finally contacted to Greek Township Police Department to ask them to inquire as to its whereabouts. Don’t send your quilt here. Customer service is lousy, and they do not advertise truthfully on their web site.

Did you ever receive your quilt? They sent me a fake tracking number and claimed they tried to say they attempted delivery. They lie so much

Order No*** was placed on November 9th, 2017, not November 4thCustomer spoke with Autumn who explained that we were having technical difficulties. We work on large long arm sewing machines and it is inevitable that they will break down. of them did just that….we still work on
the other 2. Customer didn’t want to “hear excuses”. This was not an excuse, the machines go down, I can’t put quilts to them and we need to wait until they are fixed to use them again. We service our machines in some capacity, but cannot fix when inner components do not work and thus need to make an appoint with service repair man and wait for them to fix. We apologized and she did not cancel the order, she told us abruptly to get it out as soon as we could. Autumn spoke with customer again, customer asked when we thought it would be finished and Autumn let her know that it had been quilted, it needed to be bound/finished as customer had purchased and then it would be sentThe quilt shipped and was delivered*** through www.***.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We were backed up as we explained to customer who seemed understanding on the phone. We pulled her bin, quilted her quilts and sent them. There was a note to add the binding on to one of the quilts but there was no service paid for to put the binding to the quilt. Binding was
returned with quiltsOrder was completed, shipped and received by customer. *** www.***.com
