I sent them my quilt and they verified it was received on 11/16. I was called on 11/25 to discuss the quilting pattern. I called and left a message in early December, and Autumn called me back and said it would be shipped the next day (December 6). I called again to get shipping number info about a week later. No response. I received an email that said it was 'confirmed' on 12/20. according to USPS, they are still waiting for it. When I called and talked to Autumn, she said she accidentally put someone else in front of me (for shipping?) Then I have to talk to Paige, who apparently handles shipping. It is now coming up on a month since they said it was shipped, and I don't believe it. If they really can't turn a quilt around in 10 days, why don't they just take it off the site and quit creating this expectation. Can't get anyone to answer today (1/3/19). I just want my quilt and never to deal with them again.

I sent my quilt in August. The web site said it would be done in September. I have emailed and emailed. The last I heard was Dec. 1 saying they would find my quilt and complete it. I have not heard anything since.
Their website says you can choose when your quilt is completed. It is false advertising.
I just want my quilt back and money refunded.

I sent a quilt to The Feverish Quilter in February 2018 and received an email from them on February 28 saying they had received the quilt. I have never heard from them again. I have called and emailed and have received no responses. It would be nice to receive a completed quilt after all this time but at this point I would be happy to just get my quilt and the backing back even unfinished.

I currently have four quilts there that I keep being told are either being completed or are completed, depending on when Autumn talks to me. I can't review on their quality of work since I don't have any of my quilts. I have emailed and called them and still nothing. I have paid them nearly $600 to have these quilts quilted, they are gifts for my daughters. One quilt has been with them since August and the other three quilts have been there since September. They had a target date of October 25, and it is now November 6 and still no quilts and no answers. I am not only extremely disappointed, I am not happy with their terrible communication. All I want are my completed quilts. Thank you.

finished and sent it back to the customer. She did receive it and texted back that she was thrilled with the end result.

Customer sent two quilts, as stated.  The first quilt was Flannel top and pieced together fleece backing.  When we received the package, Autumn opened and looked over the items and noticed that the pieced fleece backing, which was forest camouflage and had one of the pieces flipped...

backwards.  If not fixed, it would be this way forever. Autumn emailed and phoned customer to see if she would like us to fix it before quilting.  Also to let her know that the quilt would take longer than noted to quilt because it would need to be on a specific machine for longer than normal quilting times and would need to be constantly watched due to the thickness, girth and the huge seams on this quilt.  No response. We quilted the Christmas Quilt and sent information that it was done.  We now receive threats and assumptions as to her other quilt via email.  We let her know that we would get it up and out the door for her.  More threats received, never an understanding word or response to our emails.  So, we put it on the machine, quilted it over 9 hours at a very slow speed. We did print the label the day it came off the machine, our fault as we had anticipated 5 hours, not 9.  So it shipped out the next day.  The post office scans when they pick up our bin as we have bulk pick up, it was in their hands for a day and a half before they updated the tracking. Customer emailed after they received quilts and this is what she wrote: “I got my quilts. I know that was a long annoying road to get them to me, but I appreciate it. I know my dad will be really happy on Christmas morning. Have a good Christmas.” Our customer was happy in the end, that is what we strive for.
