We were preparing a rental property for saleThe flooring throughout the condominium required replacementI made an online appointment with Larry based on his [redacted] reviews He came out to the site with a great selection of products His assistance in choosing the tile and carpet was invaluable He was quite busy at the time and there was a delay in starting the installation, but his crew came and removed the carpet right away so the painters could get in to workWhen the floor tile installation took a little longer than expected, his crew worked through the weekend to get it done He was also helpful in providing suggestions for other areas He had great ideas, was professional and his prices were competitive We listed the property and received a bid from the buyer on the same day The buyer stated he loved the flooring We were very pleased and would hire him again

My husband and I decided we were finally going to take the plunge and invest in new flooring for our entire house We researched and found fantastic reviews about the AZ Floor Company Every review we read was positive and we wondered could that actually be true? After scheduling an appointment online for an estimate, their Installation Manager, [redacted] came out with many samples in hand He was easy to work with and offered solid suggestions for our house that would fit our needs We picked everything out (wood, tile and carpet) and scheduled for installationSince we had three different types of flooring three different crews came out to install Each crew arrived on time, every time and stayed until the job was at a reasonable spot to leave for the day They were professional and worked hard, cleaning up after themselves and leaving the house as neat as possible; we have two dogs and a cat, so that was importantDuring the process, [redacted] stayed in contact, responding to questions within minutes as well as checking in to make sure everything was going as expected He was fantastic! We love the result! Our house looks brand new; we could not have made a better decision, going with the AZ Floor Company!!

I had my kitchen family room and bathrooms done in porcelain tile and me and the wife are very pleased how nice the new flooring looksLarry was always available to answer any questions throughout the entire installation processIn the future when I'm ready to tile the rest of the house, I will certainly use AC floor again to do the job

We are remodeling an older home in the Phoenix area and wanted to put wood flooring down pretty much throughout the houseWe contacted several companies and looked at many samples of materialWe decided to go with The Flooring Company due to the product they offered and their salesman [redacted] My wife had researched and wanted a specific type of wood materialWe were extremely optimistic as to when we would be ready to install and were very understanding and willing to work with our scheduleThey ended up storing our material for almost a month or moreOnce we were ready they sent out a crew to install, headed by [redacted] , that could not have been more conscientious and detail orientedThe end result could not have been any betterI would highly recommend and use The Flooring Company againAll I can say is excellent AAA+++

I am happy that I chose AZ Flooring Company to install both new marble tile flooring and baseboards throughout my sq foot house Larry (Installation Manager) showed up to the estimate with samples of both tile and baseboards- so I was able to make creative decisions right then and there Also, to its credit AZ Flooring Company was able to start work on the project the very next week Larry stayed in touch throughout the installation process and returned phone calls (and responded to e-mail) promptly Overall, I could not be happier with the work done- the new tile and baseboards make the house look brand new I cannot help but recommend AZ Flooring Company

Larry at AZ Floor Company helped me a few years ago to pick out a new carpet for my living room It's now several years later and I'm still very happy with my carpet and the service that I was given during selection and installationI would recommend AZ Floor Company for anyone looking for new floors

This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to do business with We scheduled an in home estimate weeks ago I got a voice mail in the middle of the day on the scheduled date for the visit indicating that the individual had an acute medical condition and could not drive out as far as our home that day, but could do it the following week We rescheduled the in home consultation for the following week, as he requested, and I received a "courtesy" text a few hours before the appointment indicating that he had a different health condition and could not come out again He asked that we schedule early the following week This was the Sales Manager and apparently the only person that conducts in-home estimatesWe scheduled yet again for over a week later and received an e-mail confirmation of the in home estimate The e-mail indicated that they would call when they were in route to the home at the scheduled time This time there was no contact made and he no-showed I attempted times to call and received voice mail during office hours at their "Customer Service", Sales, and In-Home Installation scheduling areas The "Customer Service" option had an automated immediate voice mail with no personalization At this point, I don't even know if this business is still in operation If it is, I would strongly recommend that individuals interested in flooring not waste their timeTwo final comments to accentuate my concerns about this business They have two different websites with different business names but that are identical contacts and both direct to this Revdex.com link under a slightly different company name than either of those sites Lastly, they do not provide an address and apparently only do in-home estimates If this is as unreliable and unresponsive as we have experienced, imagine the probability that commitments would be met after purchase and installation scheduling

this cus***er didnt even allow the contractors to go back and fix any of the issuesthats why warranties are in place. im not real sure what to do at this pointi cannot waive #i can pay for the so called damages, that by the way? most people just let us back and fix issues if
any. again, I can pay for the charges, but will not waive the remaining 3kit would cost me out of my pocket , and I am not paying for these guys floorsthe can have them at cost. I feel off is more that fairi cannot absorb more. final offer. again, you owe the contractors this money, so I will inform them, and they can put the liens and take necisarry action, I am tryhing to resolve things amicably, but 3k discount isn't doableis the amount still duei have paid for the cleaning lady already. so I wil wait for your response before I let the contractors know? Incredible service! Larry came to our home as scheduled and showed us the best carpets and laminate flooring for great prices! He is very personable and professional! He took the time to help us trough the entire process, explaining and helping all the way through. The crew was also very professional and extremely meticulous.. They did a perfect job installing our new carpet. It was beyond my expectation!
