[redacted] was very helpful and knowledgeable! Installation went great. On time, and finished when promised. Laminate floor looks great!! Good price! Will use again!

We are remodeling an older home in the Phoenix area and wanted to put wood flooring down pretty much throughout the house. We contacted several companies and looked at many samples of material. We decided to go with The Flooring Company due to the product they offered and their salesman [redacted]. My wife had researched and wanted a specific type of wood material. We were extremely optimistic as to when we would be ready to install and were very understanding and willing to work with our schedule. They ended up storing our material for almost a month or more. Once we were ready they sent out a crew to install, headed by [redacted], that could not have been more conscientious and detail oriented. The end result could not have been any better. I would highly recommend and use The Flooring Company again. All I can say is excellent AAA+++.

Before I decided to try The Floor Company, I spent over two weeks visiting flooring show rooms, [redacted] and [redacted] numerous times. I couldn't quite decide on the flooring choice that was right for me and didnt want to pay a deposit just have someone come out to go over my options and provide a quote. When I visited the floor company's website I was really impressed. My wife and I enjoyed the features and selection and the testimonials convinced us to give them a try. I booked the appointment online and [redacted] was great with the communication from that point forward. [redacted] showed up when he said he would and had plenty of options for me to choose from and see how it looked in my homes lighting. With his help I was able to find the perfect choice of flooring. It compliments the built in entertainment center I have and my wife and everyone who has seen our floors love them. His installers did a great job, were very nice and I could not be happier with my floors or with my decision to give The Floor Company my business. Thank you [redacted] for everything!

Larry at AZ Floor Company helped me a few years ago to pick out a new carpet for my living room. It's now several years later and I'm still very happy with my carpet and the service that I was given during selection and installation. I would recommend AZ Floor Company for anyone looking for new floors

This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to do business with. We scheduled an in home estimate 2 weeks ago. I got a voice mail in the middle of the day on the scheduled date for the visit indicating that the individual had an acute medical condition and could not drive out as far as our home that day, but could do it the following week. We rescheduled the in home consultation for the following week, as he requested, and I received a "courtesy" text a few hours before the appointment indicating that he had a different health condition and could not come out again. He asked that we schedule early the following week. This was the Sales Manager and apparently the only person that conducts in-home estimates.
We scheduled yet again for over a week later and received an e-mail confirmation of the in home estimate. The e-mail indicated that they would call when they were in route to the home at the scheduled time. This time there was no contact made and he no-showed. I attempted 5 times to call and received voice mail during office hours at their "Customer Service", Sales, and In-Home Installation scheduling areas. The "Customer Service" option had an automated immediate voice mail with no personalization. At this point, I don't even know if this business is still in operation. If it is, I would strongly recommend that individuals interested in flooring not waste their time.
Two final comments to accentuate my concerns about this business. They have two different websites with different business names but that are identical contacts and both direct to this Revdex.com link under a slightly different company name than either of those sites. Lastly, they do not provide an address and apparently only do in-home estimates. If this is as unreliable and unresponsive as we have experienced, imagine the probability that commitments would be met after purchase and installation scheduling.

Az. Floors did an excellent job installing our new laminate floor, their install crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up after each days work and finished the job on time and I would reccomend them to anyone.

[redacted] was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable on all product lines & helpful in picking right flooring without pressure. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I've used The Floor Company for my hardwood floors. They did a great job! They were efficient, courteous, they put everything back in place and most importantly the floors are sensational!! We like working with [redacted] who us very good at keeping us informed and providing recommendations on what would work best in different rooms. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive -- kind of in the middle but a great value given how much I like my floors. Great floor company!

Recently used this company to install large travertine stone flooring through my house. It was an expensive job and I did my research about who to use in scottsdale. I must say the experience from start to completion was more than excellent. Even during any glitches they we're prompt and courteous and I look forward to recommending them and using them again. Honestly, did a better job than the builder on my original install.

We Love our new floor! I was amazed at how fast the guys got it done and it came out beautiful! They had planned for two days but finished in one day! It was great to have [redacted] come into our home and show us different options where we could see how the colors look in our home and not how they look in the store! There was no sales pressure at all and I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend The Floor Co to anyone needing a new floor!

The installation and installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. I won't hesitate to recommend [redacted] for any flooring solution. 5 stars all the way!

When my husband and I live in Phoenix and was selling our home, we had our home recarpet and it looked great after the men where done laying the carpet, I didn't what to sell the house. Now, that we have bought another home, my husband and I called The Floor Company again to recarpet our home. The price was really good and I had a lot of choices of carpet to choose from. That was the hard part. I would recommend this company to anyone that was interested new flooring. It was a greatest experience that I had from start to finish. Everyone was nice and friendly, like they say. I think they are one of the best company I have had in my home. They will always be welcome in our home.
