9/13/2016 stating that they have issued a refund for both charges of $88.82. As of this date they have not refunded my monies which equal $177.64. I replied to their email on 8/21/2016 letting them know I haven't received their refund. The email was returned to me that the emails could not be delivered. I see you have closed the case, but it has not been resolved. Any assistance to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, [redacted]

Hi ii talked with my financial instiituutiion and they. Said the DownloadPros put back what. They were suppose to! So as long as that amount they put in stays with Mme then I will be satisfied my own financial institution says they had credited my account until downliadpros had done their part ... So my financial institution is correcting that amount on their end!

I am alleging from documentation and homework, this is not a mistake. Three promises, and three different amounts I received my money back, in full, only in my opinion due to my relentless behavior. I had to keep the credit card number open with them having it. I had to spend countless hours, a literal loss of money, for principal. I am concerned of people who walk away, or who receive partial refund, due to not knowing their rights. E commerce is an embarrassment of ethics. This business, I believe went beyond. I feel Revdex.com and myself need to follow up and hopefully get the Attorney General of Nevada involved. Just getting around to refunding my money, no retribution of behavior. I received a refund because I played one of several trump cards. I let them know, I found who and where they really are. I am in California. Malicious intent, can be problematic in business. Civil and criminal. I want them to know, Just give my money back, with the time and stress I spent, for their alleged behavior with malice. Not letting them walk away giving back 38 bucks. Just to do it to someone else. Which they probably already have. I hope Revdex.com spends a little time researching this firm, and supports my continual actions
