In August I contacted Medallion about getting a deck for my homeFinally at the end of September a gentleman came out and spoke to me about the deckI picked out the style and signed a contract which included a No-Interest credit card for the workAfter a few weeks I called about the status and it was at this time that Medallion sent me paperwork to have signed by my neighbors (HOA) approvalI HAD TO CALL HIMAfter a month I called the office for an update and they said I needed to talk to my sellerI finally reached MrMccleem and he said let me check and get back to youI got no responseThis went on for monthsI do not have phone records or the textsHowever, I can provide emails of me contacting Medallion for months asking about updatesThey never called to say, this is where we are, etcSo from September to December I spent calling, texting and emailing MedallionWork on my neighbors deck started after a month! This went on so long that the card I had been
We contacted Medallion to get an estimate for a fence for the side of our houseThey came, gave us an estimate, and we signed a contract for $1kA few days later, my wife was called, and they said that the contract was not enough, it would cost moreThey sent us a letter cancelling the contract, which I believe is called breach of contractAnyways, my wife called for a new estimate, and they came out and we reduced the scope of the work and received a new contract for $1,The fence was installed, and a month later our fence was leaningCalled Medallion and they said they would send someone to look at our fence
A week later (10/19/18), I am in the driveway between 10am-12pm when a Medallion white pipulls up and the guy asks to look at the fenceI showed him and he said he called the office and the lady said they should take down a portion that was leaningThe guys take down the vinyl fence and leave it in our back yard (sections of the fence)He said they'd be ba

$5,I agreed to this price and gave them a check in the amount of $2,Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard from those so I called them and was told they were going to pick up the permit from the *** and would call me for an installation dateThe next week I received a call from a gentleman name *** telling me he wanted to give me a heads up that *** may not approve a 6ft fenceBut he gave no explanation as to why it would not be approvedI decided to call *** myselfI spoke to *** *** regarding my application and was told that he informed Medallion that the application was not filled out properlyHe said Medallion asked for a permit for a 7ft fence not a 6ft fence which was what I asked for*** *** told me he asked that they make the corrections and resubmit the applicationHe also told
Medallion is all acesI've used them over years for security doorsThey built my deck and then sunroomThey are true professionalsI never had a problem they couldn't fixAnd overall they built the best iron doors hands downAnd my sunroom is beautiful
Medallion installed our deck in and the deck has been treated consistently every two years In late (November), we noticed that the wood was starting to split and rot which lead us to believe that the wood used was not pressure treated wood Once the weather changed, we contacted Medallion on April 5, 2016, and informed them of the issue and we were instructed to send pictures of the deck Once they received the pictures, they sent a representative out the following week to look at the deck and he also took pictures and said that the manager would follwith us next week We never received a call from the manager After we called approximately times, we were told that we would have to pay ($5,500) to have the wood replaced because we did not treat the wood which is not the accurate We asked how much of the price quoted was for labor and how much was for materials Jersen indicated that the manager would have to answer my question and he would give us a call whi
I contacted company for purchase and installation of screen doorsA person came out by the name of Ed Y*** He measured my doors showed me samples of the doors I was purchasing MrY*** quoted me a price of This price included a coupon for and for me paying now and paying balance of in full after installation was completedI signed a contract agreeing to terms that said the doors would be made in three weeks and they would install my doors for the price of Two days later MrY*** contacted me and said that his manager told him he sold the doors to low and needed another and if not the manager would not honor the contract but would return my money I asked MrY*** if I could speak to the managerThe manager by the name of Preston would not speak to me on the store phone but agreed to call me back on his cell phone I told him that he would have to honor the price given to me but he disagreed and refuse to do the job but would give m
Medallion installed a concrete patio at my home a few years ago with a Lifetime warrantyI called at the end of June to request they come out to take a look at the patio, as it had formed cracks and an entire corner piece where pavers were installed disconnected from the actual concrete patioI was asked to send in pictures of these items and did so on July 1, to [email protected] emailed Medallion again on July 5th asking if the pictures were received and would someone contact me to come out and inspect/fix the issuesNo replyI emailed again on July 14th and received an email on July 18th from Kermit Curry stating the following:
We have sent the necessary information to the concrete installers we are waiting for the information to see when they will going to your location to take a look at the problemOnce we have confirmation we will call you and let you know when they can come out

The sales person Eric L*** made everything sound so great and decided my deck size for me which was ftwide and 10ft projectedI told them several times that seems small they said no its not it’s pretty bigOnce the deck was getting build I tried to call right away because I was not satisfied with the size at all and didn’t want them to waste their time to redue itI called, emailed, left voicemails and text messages and never hear nothing back from my sales rep EricHe basically disappearsNot to mention I had to reach out to them to see when they were coming outThe sales guy ensured me it would be done in July my deck was not started on until AugustThe fencing on the deck takes off a foot but do they tell you about that when they try to show you the measurements with a measuring tape NO!! I hate the size of my deck!! I hate going home and seeing it every dayThey charged me $8,for a by deck and when I asked them to add
Fort Washington Maryland-I had a deck and patio that is over square feet and feet highMike, the general manager is awesome He designed the deck to my specifications and sent his best team to do the work I built two decks that join together, and the lighted steps go down unto the patio.They are professional and hard workersIt took only weeks and in between a lot of rain I also placed a hot tub on the patio I had several other options, but Mike, made me feel comfortable that his team could do the work with qualityThis is a composite deckI am very picky, and now I am very happy I chose MedallionThey may cost a little more: it is worth the quality and I will be able to call them a in years!! I purchased doors from this company less than two years agoOne of the doors began rusting about seven months after installationI have been contacting the store regularly ever since thenI have sent emails, called, spoke with managers, left messages, sent pictures, and still no remedyI have been assured that they would send someone outThey never haveI waited on three separate occasions for someone to come and still nothingI tried to remedy this with the company directly but their lack of follow through has brought me here
