I am rejecting this response because: It is a scam though alsoChannel aired a news article about itAnd the amount they ask for is more than they led me to believe when I signed up for itI dont want anything to do with itAnd I want it cancelledI never received anything for itAnd when I did more research on it I saw multiple articles from past users and they all point to it being a scamWhich it is if it expects a contract like thatIts like signing a deal with the DevilAnd when I viewed it I did tell them I am disabked with Schizophrenia and at times have a hard time understanding documents like theirsBut now the amount they say I owe is in the $rangeI contacted Channel and the same journalist that made a consumer report the first fime to help me possibly get out of this scamIt has previous media attentionSo I suggest they completly remove my contract and not touch my credit.

We would love to assist Ms*** with her membership, and help her find someone specialShe has not given us a chance to even do so yet, so therefore cannot comment on our service not workingMs*** was upset, and we wanted to do any and everything we could to appease her, so we called
our corporate office and got it approved to give Ms*** complimentary online access, which is an added feature (not included in the membership price), and also approved to wave the fee for more than one photo on her profileThe two things she has listed in this complaint (the online access and additional photos), we have resolvedWe would love to assist Ms ***, and we feel she will do really well in our program! We ask her to Please give us a chance, because we do have clients we feel would be very compatible with her, and that meet the criteria of what she is looking forShe came here for a reason, and we want to help her find someone to make her very happy for the rest of her life! :)

[When the mower was brought home on Saturday the wheels locked up when you try to pull at all . If The Mower Shop was aware of this on going issue with Honda why were we not informed at time of purchase? We have an month old mower that we purchased for $that's been turned in for repair for the same issue times. The trouble shooting document is helpful but we are not mower mechanics. Why wasn't this info provided at the first or second repair visit? Does the transmission need to be replaced? Does the mower need to be replaced or returned to Honda for further review? This mower has a yr warranty. Would anyone be satisfied with this type of on going issue with a new mower? What is the resolution?]

We have a ton of active members in her age group, and sign up new people every dayWe are more than happy to do personal searches for you, and suggest and contact men that meet her criteriaThe additional fees are added photo features, which are optional to members, but not required to use membershipand as previously stated,we comp'd the entire photo package and also the other added feature of selective online access at no charge to herThe rejection of this response does not make sense to mebc we charge extra for photo packages, which we did not charge this client forbc members go inactivethat is our job! to find people they want to date exclusivelyif someone was inactive she was interested in wks prior, then more than likely they went on a date with someone in that wks and would like to see where it goes before being available and searching againWe are not going to issue a refund, bc we work on a contract basis and it is optional to joinHowever, we will definitely do as we stated and help Ms*** to utilize her membership, and assist in her meeting safe, quality professional local singles

there is absolutely nowhere in our contract that states anything about "leaking personal information." therefore, we are not in breach of contract in any waywe did not leak any personal informationwe sent an email out to some of our members inviting them to an upcoming event, that is itNo
one's phone number/DOB/etc was on that emailMr*** is no longer a member of the Fort Worth Dating Company, due to his inappropriate behavior towards certain women that Mr*** was in contact with through our serviceIf Mr*** would like to discuss further, he can call us back and speak with the Member Services Manager or Center DirectorWe do not want anyone to be dissatisfied with our service, however, it was Mr*** who was in breach of contract with our organization, which is why his membership was discontinued

Since this complaint I have had a different representative contact me offering to call potential dates, as I was lead to believe was how your company works. I have continued to use the service as it has been available and have been disappointed still. Of those 14 men that have expressed interest I found found age to be a factor as I have indicated on the site. I joined in November 2016 and have had one date which a mutual no interest. A large percentage of the profiles are "unavailable" which was explained to me that many people go to this status during the holidays. The holidays are over and I have not seen any less "unavailable" profiles.

Dear B.B.B. of Louisville,
The complaint about the mower, by the customer, is that it
won’t pull in reverse. By design, this mower does not freewheel forward or backward
like a push mower with no transmission does. There is resistance in the drive
train which is felt when pulling...

backwards. Honda has issued guidelines and a troubleshooting
procedure for these units. We are well within the limits of what is deemed to
be normal and acceptable. We have attached the document to this response.
We use a scale (tool) to measure the amount of resistance in
pounds. The customer’s mower left here on Saturday with 5lbs. resistance with
the engine running and 8lbs. resistance with the engine not running. Honda
allows a maximum of 13lbs.
The technician found premature/excessive rust on the axle
where it goes through the height adjustments that support the rear axle. The
rust creates additional friction and resistance. We removed the rust and
lubricated these areas. On Saturday, the customer stated that he washes his
mower with the hose after every use. We believe this is the root of the problem.
Keeping the equipment clean is a good practice, but washing sensitive areas
without drying them thoroughly can cause problems.
The turnaround time on repairs this time of the year is
weeks. Pulling the mower backwards is what we have addressed and resolved each
time it has been here. There has never been a charge to the customer on any occasion
it has been in our shop.
