I have tried contacting them multiple times to try and sort this out. Every time they say that they will contact me in a certain time frame and don't. I'm the one that has to keep contacting them. Shows that their response to helping people find their love is bull. I have documentation proving the leak of personal information from a member in their orginizatiin.

I am rejecting this response because:My biggest hardship and complaint with Fort Worth Dating Company is I feel I was told complete lies about your service by the representative I met with initially. I was lead to believe that this was a service that helped connect partners and potential dates by a person service where I would be called and a date would be set up. I was told that the representative knew these men personally and knew who exactly to match me with, that "we would be perfect for one another." Then on picture taking day I was lead to a computer and showed how I contact the men I was interested in and that point I realized this was merely an internet dating service. I joined the 5th of November 2016, and no one from your service has taken the time to get to know me so why would it be different for anyone else? Until I lodged this complaint I had not even been contacted by any of the representatives. It was not until I filed this complaint that I was contacted and then I was told that if I wanted your service to make connections with dates that would be possible. I did make some picks of men and since this complaint one of the representatives has made contact with these men who I had selected back in November. These men had made no reply until a representative gave them a call just recently. I have made contact with these men but the men have not been good about contacting me which your company cannot be faulted at given the way your company actually works. Thinking this was a service that actually makes dates and connection for their clients I saw possibility.For what I have received from your service I feel like not only was I swindled out of $5000 by a very manipulative representative who had no qualms in telling a lie as long as she got my signature on a contract, but even as it stands with the assistance I am NOW receiving since this complaint the whole company and service is extremely poor quality. Half the members are not even available which I was not told. Your company has its reasoning but that narrows now options. Since I signed up, of those 14 men that selected me as interest to them there was an issue of age, weight, background, and simple interest from a photo or their profile information. Of the men I selected, until the company become interested in helping (with this complaint) I had one man make contact, and I contacted one other man. I met with one man I selected and it was a mutual no interest. So I have been extremely disappointed and really feel like I have been ripped off by your company.

I am rejecting this response because: After my initial meeting with [redacted], I was given a stack of potential portfolios, and many of them had Inactive on them, which I think that they should not be in the Active file anymore, limiting my selection. After Friday with [redacted] the photographer telling me that more money would be needed to continue with my portfolio, I expressed cancelling my membership at that time, because I felt that they were trying to scam me! They were Not truthful in the initial meeting, and the Extra fees Were never discussed, and if they would have told me this during my initial meeting, I would have walked out of their office and never charged my credit card in the first place! I really think they are a dishonest business, taking advantage of divorced women and men like myself. As I said in my earlier email, if you look online at the reviews about their business, All you will see are negative responses. Thank you

[redacted], I am a little confused because my assistant has addressed your concerns and spoken with you several times. As for the fourteen gentlemen that have selected you, you only expressed that age was a factor with five and two of them you said yes to. I can see that you have selected thirteen people, three of which have responded yes, and you told her yourself you have had some form of contact with all of these men. So correct me if I am wrong but that was five potential matches. Two of which told her they were calling you back this week, because you informed them you would be busy. You also confirmed this with her via phone earlier today. She also encouraged you to sign up for new up coming events. I don't currently see your name on any RSVP lists. Your membership has just started and I honestly don't feel like you are giving it a fair chance, it has barely been two months. I look forward to continuing to work with you and hope you can start looking at the positives. I wish I could introduce you to the man of your dreams tomorrow, but you and I both know these things don't happen over night, and the best results come from the work you put into it.

We did infact go over the no refund policy in our initial interview, as we do with all members. You even signed to acknowledge on the very line that states " I understand there are no refunds and/or cancellations to this membership." You are a new member, and we are very excited to work with you!...

Relationships take time, and I am very sorry that you are not in one yet, but we would love to help and assist you in any way along this journey! All you have to do is give us a call, and we can do a search for you, and/or contact members that you are interested in meeting. We are here for you! The membership you decided on is not a month, it is lengthy so that you have a chance to meet good ladies, and a greater chance to find love. Please be patient and have a little faith! We all think you are a great guy, and are very excited that you are a member. :)

[redacted] is complaining about something she has never even used! You have not allowed us to provide the service you made the decision to join. You don't know that this will not work for you, you are basing it on reviews that may or may not even be from our current members, or about our company....

There have been several instances when someone joined a competitor, and thought it was us when leaving a review. [redacted], it's unfortunate that you will not even attempt to see for yourself how our business can benefit you. We absolutely CAN provide what you requested when you joined our service. Just allow us to do so! [redacted] did not pressure you in to becoming a member. He even gave your form of payment back to you several times and told you to only join if you are ready, and you insisted that you were ready to be a member, so we honored your request. I am the center Director, and would love to assist you personally in using the program, since you have requested not to deal with [redacted] or [redacted]. You would do very well in our program, and I would love to provide everything you chose to use when creating your membership with [redacted]. Just give us a chance. You do have a sincere desire to meet someone, or you would not have inquired in the first place. We have tons of wonderful people in our data base, and with the length of time we have been opened, we have helped many people find their soulmate.
