I am rejecting this response because: I GUESS YOUR WORD DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHINGYOU NEED TO GET BETTER SALESMEN THAT DONT LIE TO YOUR COSTUMERS JUST TO TRY AND SELLBTW NO ONE IS BLAMING YOU FOR MY ESCROW NOT CLOSING

To whom it may concern, As previously stated we have already taken care of this even though it was not within warranty periodIt has a one year warranty and purchase was made 1-21-As you can see by the complaint it was suppose to have taken months to resolve issueThat would be 1/years past warrantyIt was taken care of be-cause [redacted] has been a good customer not because of ***'s rude and idle threatsAs previously stated we had tried to go to house earlier but did not receive call back till the following week, which was fine because [redacted] explained he was under the weatherAt that time we said we would call when we had another available timeBefore we could call [redacted] called yelling and cursing at everyoneEven though we dealt with her rudeness and vulgarity we still went out and repaired the issue free of chargeThe Furniture Deal ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: It shouldn't matter if I am customer or not, however, there are multiple customers of this company who are having the same issuesI was calling on behalf of my father who is disabledAs his caretaker, I have full rights to handle his businessI had been very nice and understanding to the company until it took them over months to handle this complaint and then my father and I became frustratedYes, I sent them in to the Revdex.com because of the way the manager was talking to me, cursing, acting childish and didn't want to come out and fix the issue that was under warranty when we first filed a complaint about itThey want to sound like a GREAT company doing us a favor outside of the warranty, but it was in the warranty when it first happenedI have proof of when I first talked to MariaThe company never wanted to come out and fix the couch until I got rude and threatened to get a lawyer and send to the Revdex.comThis company is crap and we will never do business with them again

I purchased a Futon Bed months ago with Furniture DealIt was on a contract day same as cashI called Furniture Deal and spoke to a woman on July 21, I explained the problem I was having with the Futon BedI told her one of the bars broke and there were several bars that were cracking at the endShe asked that I email the photos, with the original invoiceI did not receive a call backSo I called Monday, July 23, and spoke to [redacted] He stated he would have to look at the emails and would call me back in an hour [redacted] called me back on July 24, stating that the Futon bed was not under warranty only days, and that he spoke to the original manufacturer, Per [redacted] , I would need to talk to themI asked for the phone number so I could contact them directlyI spoke to [redacted] , at Furniture of America, and she states she did not receive a call from Furniture Deal, and they do not handle returns, it would come from the store directlyI then called *

Purchase some couches from the furniture deal in by Selye California a week after they were delivered a defect was noticed in the large sofa I called [redacted] to try to get this problem resolved it took him around a month to get back to me if not longer find me said he would get back to me on a date that I can take my couch so that it can get repaired at that time I informed him that the pillows were also coming apart at the seams and my ottoman also had a seam that was coming apart I had sent pictures to him of my couch I went in personally to show him the pillows because he was not returning my phone calls this week has been an ongoing problem I was told to take my couches on Friday to have it exchanged I show up on Friday with my couch and my ottoman and my three pillows and now I have came home with no couch no pillows no ottoman waited three days for them to call me to let me know what was happening today I called them back [redacted] now tells me my couches are being sent away

When I went to purchase my bed set from them I was told I would receive everything in the picture for that price.When the bedset was delivered I didn't receive the chest and the mirror that was suppose to come with it.The delivery driver told me the mirror wasn't in yet and I should be receiving it in a week,but to call the office about the chest because it wasn't on the delivery listI then signed the delivery receipt acknowledging the mirror was not checked offWhen I called the office and spoke to the same sale repWho helped me with my purchase he also checked the order and showed he didn't have the chest on the order and told me it wasn't part of the deal.In the store I asked him was that part of the deal and he told me it was,leaving me to get rid of the chest I currently owned at homeWhen I asked him about the mirror he also said I would be receiving it in a weekI was ok with thatAfter3-wks past I called many time only for them to tell me they will check the truck l

I am rejecting this response because:They are saying no chest was purchase and yes that is correct, only because *** (employee) didn't put it on the original order like he said he was going toBut the main complaint is about the mirror that was never received and I was told by many of the employees they were going to check the inventory and as you can see from the last response the manager didn't even do so as I told him the mirror was never receivedWhen the delivery guy came he told me the mirror was on back order and to expect it next week, when I called the same day of delivery I spoke with *** once again and he also let me know it was on back order and to expect it in a weekAs time passes I called to check on the order they told me it was delivered and I had signed for itJust to make it clear, when they delivered the furniture all the delivery guy did for the received items was put a "R" by the itemWhen I signed I made sure there was no "R" by the mirrorWhen I went to the store to discuss the issue I asked to see the delivery order and sure enough, they had put an "R" by the mirror sometime after my original signature dateI would never go to this extent over a mirror if I had received it, and there is never a need to have two so that is not a possibilityI just know I had to pay for this mirror that never was received to make sure I didn't pay so much in interest in the mean time.Im out hundreds of dollars do to this company and all I wanted was my mirror that was paid for, and will not be satifed until I receive itIt's just not right

said she would be out of town, she would let us know what to do when she returned, When she called back she said she would like them repairedI said I would call her when truck was making another delivery and we would return for repairThe first truck came earlier than expected so we didn't have time to call her and get on truck, *** called asking when next truck would be here and I told her within daysThen company called and said they would be here Friday the 8th between 11:0042:We called her and let her know the time the truck would be here_ ***'as truck showed up at 11:after manufacturer's truck had already leftShe then started calling to see when sofa would be back, *** informed her they did not make truck because they were dropped off lateShe then said she needed a call today or she would call the Revdex.comUnfortunately I can't work everyday and was off for daysUpon returning I called her and told her we were taking the sofa to Fresno to meet truck the following weekAs soon as we received them back I would call herThere has been no avoiding or dodging callsThe manufacturer is a great company and will take care of the issueAll we ask is a little patience. For months, I've been dealing with themThey said they would come today to pick it up to fix it, they didn't show upthen was called a liar when I called to ask why they didn't comeTelling me they didn't make an appointment for meThen who the heck told me they were gonna come? They went on to say that it might not be under warranty when they come to fix itWe are NOT paying for something that broke DURING warranty! They proceeded to tell me that they will come fix what is broken when its convenient to themWhat about the existing customers? Are we worth nothing to you since you just got our money?! The owner or manager Shane when on to curse at me and hung up the phone when I asked again when they were going to come fix the issueI am not the only customer who has had issues with this companyIm sure that you can find more info on Yelp and Google
