I live in an apartment complex called Remington Station by ***. My ceiling recently had a leak which resulted in the destruction of my mattresses. Despite the leak being previously patched and negligence on the part of *** resulting in destruction of our property, *** refuses to refund us for our property which was damaged. It has taken over a week for *** to relay this information to me as well resulting in my wife and I being without a bed for over a week.
We received complaint #*** regarding *** at Remington Station. We have already settled this resident's complaint and our risk management team is working with him directly to have a payment sent for damages. Reach out with any additional questions.Thank you!Niki K | Senior Area Operations Manager
