The General Store

I really wish there was anything less than 1 star. I was just in this store asking for a return on a car chipped-key because the key had managed to bend in the two weeks I owned it. The store manager tried to unbend the key and give it back to me when I explained that I wanted a refund because the key was not good quality. He refused saying I would not get a refund because he wanted to check if it worked in the car. I told him that I didn't have my car because the key didn't work. He blamed me saying that I bent the key and he was not going to give me a refund. When I continued to express my anger for the quality of his management, he had a worker page for a man to kick me out of the store and he began to walk away. I cannot believe the customer service I got there and will never be back. I will do all I can to prevent other people from getting low quality items there as well as having to deal with the terrible service.

Review: I brought propane heater and it was broken out of the box The fan did not come on which caused a wire to catch fire H I tried to return it two days later I was told to contact the maker [redacted] says the store should return it because it is under 30 days. So Ia, stuck with a broken heater and out 135 dollars
