A new window was constructed and a representatives of the Glass Guru of Lodi replaced the defective window on Friday September 9, 2016.I am satisfied with their professionalism and this matter is now closed
To Whom it concerns, During the week of August 29, 2016, Mr. [redacted] was contact by the corporate office. On August 30, 2016, Mr. [redacted] sent pictures of his window for replacement. We are working with Mr. [redacted] to resolve this matter.
